The fit is not the best for an hourglass figure. The 6 fit perfectly in my top, slightly tight in my hips, but was way baggy in my waist. I was able to pull it off because of the cut-outs but I ideally would have loved to have the waist altered to fit me a bit better. Having it baggy in my mid back and around the cut outs took away from the overall 'look' of the dress. I also noticed that throughout the shower the material did stretch quite a bit, by the end of my shower the dress was roomier in the hips and started to bunch up easily.
