Dress is a good material, holds you in but has some stretch and adjustable straps. It’s a simple dress but has some extra fabric in the front to give it something different while also hiding some bumps and you could go braless in the dress if you’re comfortable. Overall it was an elegant dress that can easily be dressed up or down and I was just happy something arrived that fit well (had a few other dresses and back ups come that did not fit at all). Like other reviewers noted the snap button to clasp the front cleavage area is totally useless—will bust open no matter what you do. I tried to pin it but it did bother me in the beginning of the night...otherwise would’ve been 5 stars!

Loved this jumper! Really comfortable to wear and wide leg pant really cute. If you have a bigger chest definitely size up. The top felt pretty secure- I didn't need to wear a bra as long as I stood up straight so the straps would support. Knocking a star off because the jumper arrived stained! That's never happened in all the time I've used RTR. I didn't notice until right before wearing out as the stains were luckily just on the bottom pant leg so not super noticeable due to the volume of pant leg but still...makes you question if they cleaned it at all or didn't inspect properly. Either way shows some wear & tear.

This was a very simple dress but the slight angle of the neck line and the nice pop of the blue color makes it stand out. Very easy to dress up with jewelry too. It was a flattering cut but knocked a star off because like other reviewers noted, the waist line is very tight. The size 6 I received fit everywhere except the waist was super tight so would not have been able to do anything except stand in it. I sized up to the 8 which was more comfortable in the waist although it was bigger in the hips for me and a little longer but made it work anyway. This was a back rental dress as (for the first time) RTR was unable to deliver my original order because it was in bad shape or someone did not send back in time. I was disappointed but RTR was very good with getting a back up to me in a timely fashion.

Seemed like a cute dress but the cut just made me feel very boxy. The size 4 fit ok everywhere except rib cage (felt too tight) so tried on the 6 which I was able to zip up but in the end decided to trade in for a back up dress as the style and pale yellow/white pattern just didn't suit my skin tone. Lucky they have an RTR store in the city so I could trade immediately and as usual customer service via email was great!

Unexpectedly one of my favorite rentals from RTR! The material is thick so it hugs you without showing every little lump (but not too tight or uncomfortable) and feels secure enough that you could probably get away with not wearing a bra on top (although I did). The straps were a little long on me but still fit fine and held up on its own. This was my back up dress that I tried on in store and so happy that the only size they had fit! I liked the simplicity of the dress but the style of the cut on top made it more interesting. Great dress for occasions where you don't want to be too dressy but not too casual.

The embroidery detail makes the dress a little more interesting although not sure you can see it far away. The pockets were definitely a nice touch. Was excited to wear this dress for a wedding but neither size quite fit. The size 4 fit everywhere but the waist was just too tight for my frame. The size 6 fit in the waist but was too large everywhere else (arm area was too wide and the length just had too much material). The dress is well made and the embellished waist makes it not too simple. The dress was very classic and felt like it could be worn to formal events as a good alternative to full length gowns. And easy to accessorize with. In the end, couldn't make it work but as usual RTR service excellent with response to exchanges.

I was going to a very casual wedding so was looking to rent a comfortable, colorful dress that would not cost too much. I wasn't wowed by the dress when I ordered it but just needed something that was available and looked like it would fit. Overall dress was nice, silky kind of material with cute pattern appropriate for a casual summer wedding. The only issue was the back side zipper would constantly bunch up and would not lay flat. I'm on the shorter side so maybe taller person or someone with longer torso wouldn't have that problem but I did have to keep pulling the dress down to adjust. The dress was what I needed at the time but probably wouldn't rent again.

Wore this dress to a derby-style wedding. The bottom portion had a lot of flair but helps balance out hips. The top portion fit fine but I can see this dress being difficult for busty gals as the top is fitted and the v-neck relatively low. I ordered a Small and Medium to be safe but the Small fit perfectly. I am petite height and the underlying fabric came up to my mid thigh but the lacy part of the dress fell just above the knees which was great (since it's so formfitting I was worried it would be too short for a wedding but the length was perfect). The underlying material is not connected to the outer lacy part of the dress so you do have to pull it down every time you sit/stand but I didn't really mind. The dress itself was completely new (the tags were still on when it arrived) and it had great stretch so you can really breathe, eat & dance in it. I loved the green color and was pleasantly surprised that the fabric was so lightweight/comfortable. I had been worried the material would be too heavy to wear in the heat but I felt comfortable all night.

It is more fitted in the waist but as other reviewers described, it's good for it to be a bit tighter there to give the dress shape so it doesn't just hang off you. I rented this dress last minute for a party but it just didn't work out. Nothing really wrong with it, it just didn't "wow" me and would probably work better on a taller frame. The size P and S both fit my body type (just depends if you want it tighter or looser) and it was a comfortable dress but overall the draping/fit just didn't work with my petite frame. But on a positive note, the shipping is always reliable (hand delivered the day of) and RTR customer service was excellent in handling my return.

I really loved the overall classic silhouette of the dress with the peplum detail! The material was thick & stretchy--it definitely cinches everything in but is not binding or uncomfortable. And the color is universally flattering. I usually wear a size 4 but the waist is very narrow so went up to a size 6 and it still fit fine. The neckline was a little lower than I expected but it didn't feel naked and looks nice with a necklace.

The necklace is exactly as pictured...very well made and pretty with just enough sparkle. In the end, I opted not to wear it with my dress but still a gorgeous piece that if I had for a longer period of time I definitely would have found a way to incorporate with something else.

The dress definitely ran large! I usually range within a size 2-4 in dress sizes but the 0 fit perfectly. I loved that it was fitted on top with a lower back (depending on how you adjusted it) to balance out the draping in front. The strapless bra I wore did occasionally peek out the back side so definitely need to let it sit low or wear a NuBra. No need to wear Spanx either since the dress is roomy and really lets you breathe while the draping hides the midsection. It would definitely be appropriate for those with a baby bump. Color photographs nicely.

The dress is great if you have a smaller waist and bigger chest/hips. The waist has some boning on the inside for structure and is a bit more fitted which is good because it holds everything up without constantly having to pull up your strapless dress but not comfortable if you're sitting/eating because the boning can start to dig into you. If you like color, the pattern is very bright and bold. Overall a nice dress but I probably wouldn't rent again.
