Super fun and memorable!
I wore this with a white dress at my casual bachelorette party, and it was a hit! It was so much roomier than expected - space for a phone, lip products, keys, and more - as well as more multi-dimensional than you can see in photos. It was a total hit and I am still considering buying it!

Unique yet understated, with plenty of room!
I carried this while wearing the Marchesa Notte Navy Metallic Lace Gown and it was a PERFECT match. In general I loved the clutch, as the semi-metallic, snakeskin-like texture and gray color made it much more interesting than a solid black or metallic clutch, while still being understated enough to go with a fairly busy dress. The size was perfect for my iPhone 6 in a fairly hefty case, plus cards and lipstick.

Much more structurally interested in person, but runs small in the back!
Really wanted to wear this dress as it is much more exciting in person than in photos - the outside layer of the skirt is completely independent of the sheath along the leg, so it looks like a mix between a kimono and a cape. However, it was really tight in the back and shoulders - I'd recommend ordering up for your backup size if there is any concern there.

Backup that ended up beautifully understated in person!
This was sent as a backup for a damaged dress, and based upon the photos I was very disappointed by the stylist's suggestion - but I loved it! The blue is much brighter and the gold much more pronounced when you see it in person. Fit was very flattering, creating a smooth hourglass figure with no Spanx required. I did end up purchasing a bra that had a full front but stick-on sides and no back, as the (gorgeous) detailing on the back does dip a bit low - though nothing indecent by any means. It felt completely appropriate for a black tie holiday party for my company at an art museum - very attention-getting without being over-the-top colorful or embellished, and I felt comfortable in it all night. I am 5'9" and wore ~2" heels and it was just a smidge too short.

Flattering, noteworthy dress for an outdoor spring/summer wedding!
This dress is definitely a standout without being too "edgy", which I thought made it perfect for a wedding or other event where you don't want to be the center of attention but still want to look great. The red is a bit richer than in the photos and the lining is more tan/taupe - the colors in the photo would have been great but I thought this was even better. Received so many compliments (especially about how tan I looked, even though I am not at all tan right now...), and it was super comfy all night. You will need a strapless bra with smaller cups and a thinner band due to where the illusion neckline falls, but definitely no sticky boobs required. I sized up due to some tightness along the ribcage / bust so I would get your normal size and the size up as a backup.

Really fun color and colorblock design! You will stand out
Loved this for the comfortable fit (normal bra and undies) combined with unique colours and full skirt. Runs true to size with a little room to spare. It really stood out at a holiday party where everyone was in red, black, or metallic, but is equally recommend it for a cocktail attire wedding in the cooler months or a very dressy work event. I think the fabric is a bit heavy for anything in the summer. Paired with sparkly gold kitten heels.

Stole the show! So different from every other dress there, yet a classic
My favorite RTR rental of all time! Rented for a black tie holiday party and couldn't even count the compliments. Definitely needs a good updo to compliment the back. Paired with larger Kate Spade cluster earrings, an Art Deco-style diamond ring, simple solve clutch, and glittery silver flats. Length was flawless with flats at my height; would have needed a long for heels. Did not find it small but you may need help zipping over the thick seam at the base of the ribcage. Bra not required but did wear "sticky boobs" for extra security and think it's worth considering for anyone with a larger cup size.

Understated but far from boring!
Loved this bag - even looked into buying one myself after renting! The snakeskin and subtle metallic accents make it interesting and unique while still not detracting from a dramatic dress or other accessories. Tons of room - easily fit cards, iPhone 6 in case, a couple lipsticks, and some other random items - but was still sleek and delicate. Would highly recommend and will be renting again (if I can't find my own to buy)!

Extremely small waist = unflattering to most
Although this looks stunning and dramatic on the model, the proportions are all wrong for most body types. The waist runs 1 size smaller than the rest of the dress and probably 2-3 sizes smaller than other dresses, which causes the already full skirt to flare out too much. The skirt length will be trickier for taller women - at 5'9" and wearing flats, the front was much too short to go anywhere with a breeze, and the back hit a wide spot on my legs which was not flattering. I did not wear and would not rent.

Absolutely LOVED this dress - so comfortable and the pleats were incredibly flattering! And POCKETS!
My first dress ended up running too large and the next size down, so RTR kindly sent this to me as a last minute alternative. I was worried about the color being too wintry for a May event but it ended up being a non-issue because the rest of the dress was so great. It was extremely comfortable - felt like I was wearing nothing at all, but wasn't unforgiving of flaws like some very lightweight fabrics can be. I used the included fabric belt but it would look great with something else to dress it up. Would definitely recommend sizing down - in general it was too large, bordering on shapeless but thankfully their was the belt. I also had to use a ton of double-sided tape at the top, which rarely happens to me. Loved this dress and without a doubt would rent again!

Perfect for a weekday cocktail event - not too over-the-top but definitely stands out!
I was looking for something to wear to a school alumni cocktail event on a weeknight, so I wanted something that wasn't too over-the-top or dressy while still nicer than something I'd wear to the office. This ended up being perfect and got SO many compliments. The lower purple section has more of a metallic tone (I wouldn't call it a sheen though - it didn't look cheap) than you see in the photo which makes the color more dynamic. I found the fit a bit looser on the top than the bottom, so even if you are busty I would encourage you to order your normal size. The bottom was definitely form-fitting - a few times I was worried about slitting the small slit in the front while sitting/moving around but it held strong. Also, a few other reviewers complained about the slit but I felt it balanced the strong lines of the upper half of the dress well - the top is so structural, so without the slit at the bottom it would just look neglected.

Great dress for an early spring cocktail party!
The fit and cut was exactly what you'd expect, though the skirt did appear a bit fuller on me than expected. The color is also much more metallic than it appears in the photo, but not in a cheap way at all. The slightly heavier fabric and darker color would make it appropriate fall/winter/spring (at night). Would definitely rent again!

Great color but lace was visibly worn and ran large in the waist/hips!
World have loved to wear this dress - loved the color and the neckline was so beautiful, but I felt it ran large in the hip area and was awkwardly "poofy" around the middle, which was especially problematic because the waistline is very high so it will probably hit you a few inches up your ribcage. I would definitely recommend going down a size for your second size (unless you have a very large bust). I am tall and the length was short but certainly not scandalous or inappropriate!
