Gorgeous dress!
This dress was very flattering to my figure; I have small boobs, a small waist, and a bigger bottom. The shoulder pads accentuate the waist. Got lots of compliments. Wore heels and the small fit great. Felt like a modern-day Scarlett O'hara!
