This is comfortable and slimming. I like that it has pockets. 

It took a long time to iron and the belt is stitched in so i couldn’t center the belt buckle, but someone with a smaller waist might be able to. 

So feminine and classic. Love it with sneakers for traveling Europe in the summer as well as with boots and a jacket in the fall. Had to buy this one!

A little flowery for my style but comfortable and pretty 

loved, wish i had bought!! perfect fit and so versatile. 

Wore in LA summertime and was super comfy. A little loose fitting but was great for walking around and wearing while traveling.

This dress fit well but gave off teacher vibes which I didn’t love for me. The quality was nice!

High quality construction, but no surprise with Ralph Lauren. The cut was very flattering through the waist and had extra hook and eye to keep it securely fastened, but I’m only giving 4 stars because there’s was a gap between the top two buttons for me even in a minimizing bra (but I’m a 34E so kind of used to that issue, and it wasn’t because of the dress. A smaller bust would have no issue). I wore it multiple times and received compliments every time. 

Very feminine, airy, and has pockets. Belt a little annoying because it kept getting loose so had to keep tightening it but overall liked the fit. Got a compliment too!

I wore this to work and to an outside fundraiser event and it works so well dressed up and dressed down. One of my favorite dresses. 

I’ve had my eye on this dress for several rental cycles. I waited for the stars to align (my size to become available and the PNW rain to relent) and finally made my move. I went with the size 8 even though I am consistently a 6 in RL dresses because I wanted to be CERTAIN that I could wear it without having any gaping or pulling at the buttons. I placed my order and waited (those 3-4 days of shipping are interminable, am i right?) My shipment arrives and I am so excited to tear in to that dusty blue bag. Of course, I try her on first. And the fit is *chefs kiss* exactly as I had hoped. Light and flowy and softly sophisticated, perfect for Oregon spring weather. She did not disappoint….not yet, anyway. I pair it with some casual white platform sneakers and head out the door. I am feeling GOOD…for about 20 minutes. The belt on this thing!!! It will not stay cinched and all👏day👏long👏 I am fussing with it, tightening and retightening. Can’t take the damn thing off because RTR has sown it on (understandable I suppose). Can’t put a different belt over because it’s too bulky. 

So that’s the story of how all my hopes and dreams for this beautiful dress were smashed. Hope you have better luck with it.

Super cute and cut just right to flatter the waistline. The buttons can pucker if you slouch (I do!)

So comfy and cute for super hot sightseeing day. Belted so it's adjustable fit. 

I was tempted to buy this one. It fit me perfectly and was so comfortable. The fabric is on the thin side, which was welcome in the Texas heat! It was great for a work conference cocktail party. 

This was very lightweight and versatile. Wore to work, kids bday party, and church. With heals, sneakers or mules. The belt was slightly annoying because it comes loose while wearing. Was also slightly self conscious about my mom pouch, but was generally v flattering and comfortable and wore several times. 

Thin material, great for Arizona spring and summer. Flattering and classy. Belt was a little awkward but overall great dress

Loved it! Too low cut for work but I wore a shirt under and was fine. Might not be as bad for those w a smaller chest 

I’m really busty so I did add a little lace cami underneath to prevent wardrobe malfunctions (shirt dresses are a gamble). The fabric is very pretty -  very light. The shape of the dress is a nice and flattering a-line. The belt is super thin and flimsy - I would’ve preferred it without the belt (but it’s sewn on). I like the feminine sleeves and the midi length. 

I have been on a Ralph Lauren kick for workwear because the looks never disappoint. The fabric and fit are always 10/10. Just add this one to the list and plan to rent this summer because it’s perfectly lightweight but still work appropriate. 

Loved this dress. The belt that it comes with is sewn on and can't be removed but it is slender so I just covered it with a thicker leather belt. I got so many compliments.
