Need shapewear for sure
The material of this dress was thicker so that helped with the shape a lot, but I would have been very self conscious without sharewear. Length was perfect with a heel (I’m 5’6”). I could still dance and move easily. It was a good time.

Low arm holes
I needed to wear a bra with this one and if I raised my arms you could see it plain as day. The color and material was fun and I did loads of spinning on the dance floor. I’d recommend this one for a less busty girl.

Odd fit tbh
The color is stunning. The way the pleating(?) is looks really cool in person. But I think this dress is meant for a person trying to give an illusion of curves. The bottom portion has a lining that kept riding up and the cut outs kept rolling over on themselves. Also, the top of the 6 would have fit better but the waist was impossible to zip. And with the 8 the bottom fit fine but the top felt a little loose. I was glad I could wear a normal bra though. Overall, it’s a good dress if you don’t have a full hourglass shape.

So much fabric but so much fun!
The M fit like a glove, I shockingly didn’t need a bra. I wore the sleeves up cause I liked the way it looked on me more. There is so much dress, going to the bathroom was a fun adventure. But if you wanna feel like a romance novel cover and a million bucks, I very much recommend. My fiancé kept telling me I should buy it, so I guess he liked it!

Can't wear a bra
If you're comfortable going without a bra, I had to get over my own hangups, this dress is pretty great. I tried it with a strapless, but the v detail in the front was too low and showed it. The dress was flowy and super fun to dance in. Kind of wish the straps were adjustable, but that was a personal preference. Silky material was nice to the touch as well. If you're shorter than me (5'6") you'll have to wear a super high heel, otherwise the dress will be too long.

Great print and pockets!
Fit like a glove. The straps were a bit off and didn't hide my bra straps as much as I would have liked, but the fit was great (didn't have to worry about "sucking it in" all night) and you can never go wrong with pockets! Length was a little long for me, I'm 5'6, and I wish the entire thing was lined, not just the top third, but I still received loads of compliments and felt great.

Stunning color and fit.
I could have worn the 6, but the 8 just fit so much smoother. I absolutely loved the color and the slit was just enough sexy. Needed an extra hand to get the zipper up, but that's the only negative. RTR customer service was also excellent.

Not made for hourglass girls
I ended up not wearing this dress for my event. There was no stretch in the material, so it was very tight across my hips. And with the size up, the hips fit but the waist and bust was far too large. It's just not a flattering fit on curvy girls, which is sad cause I loved the color and style of the dress.

Lots of Cleavage.
This dress was beautiful, however you need to be comfortable showing cleavage. I wanted to wear the 6 because it fit me perfect from the waist down, but the waist up was unwearable as the neck line dipped so low, it exposed everything. Luckily I could squeeze myself into the four. However, even with it being so tight I was constantly fiddling with the straps which kept falling almost exposing my chest, and the back zipper didn't have a hook and eye, so the kind wait staff at the wedding were constantly helping a girl out: "just so you know your zipper is falling down". I loved the style of the dress and the material is why I gave it 4 stars, but if your a bigger busted girl, wear at your own risk.

Maroon dreams, with pockets!
Fit like a dream. Cinched at the waist and the flow out made for a completely comfortable evening, not worrying about having to suck in. I didn't even try on the 8 cause the 6 fit so well. Enough cleavage without being too much. Color was perfect for a winter wedding. POCKETS! Only con is that it had strap snaps to hold onto bra straps, but they didn't fit quite right and hurt my shoulders and made it so you could see my bra from the side. Good idea in theory, just didn't work great.

Asymmetrical blush dreams!
Fit like a glove. The color was beautiful in person. I wore a strapless bra, just because it made me more comfortable and the length was perfect with heels (I'm 5'6"). Only negative is the lining would occasionally ride up and the dress would look a little wrinkly. Otherwise super fun to dance in and I received tons of compliments!

Orange Wrap Dreams
If you're chesty, you will have to safety pin and probably double side tape the dress on your chest, that's what I did. It was still a little cleavy for my liking, especially at the fairly religious wedding. It is a true wrap, has a nice little button to help keep it in place. The material is a little heavier than I was expecting, and I wish the straps were adjustable. I felt like that would have made me more comfortable with the neck line for the evening. Color is a fabulous orange and worked great with my skin tone.

Garden Party Chic!
This runs very large. Because the material is so stretchy I was able to wear an XS and I'm usually a medium in most dresses. I loved it, it felt very Miami in the 50's Chic. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the bottom half of the dress was a little pilly. Otherwise, super comfy and was great to wear all night for the summer wedding.

Old school Hollywood Glam
This was a backup dress, as the one I wanted became unavailable 2 weeks prior to my event. The people at RTR we're very helpful and accommodating in making sure I was happy and that I ended up with a dress that looked nice. I'm usually a 4/6 and ended up going with an 8 and it fit like a glove. It was tough to zip up on my own but eventually got it. The off the shoulder look is very vintage glam. It's a little tough to walk, not a ton of leg room, and it's hard to raise your arms above your shoulders, so dancing is tough but if you set your mind to anything you'll definitely have a fun night!

No zipper. Odd fit.
I received this as one of my backup dresses, because the dress I wanted was no longer available. I ended up not wearing it for several reasons. A.) it doesn't have any zipper so you have to shimmy squeeze yourself into it. B.) I'm not sure what material it was made of, but it sure didn't feel expensive. The dress felt like a scuba suit. C.) there are cups sewn into the bust of the dress and if you have breasts already, they're useless. They just end up giving you weird double boob and it doesn't look nice. D.) the edges of the dress aren't hemmed. It's just cut fabric. At the end of the day I was just disappointed with it as a dress. Fortunately I had another option for my event.

This was such a good decision. Excellent wedding weekend.
I'm usually a six, but the four fit so much better around the waist and bust. I'd definitely get a size down as your backup. This dress felt like a dream too, the material was so smooth. I also have a larger bust and a strapless bra worked perfectly. I received so many compliments on this look. Someone told me I "won the wedding" and who doesn't want to hear that! My only complaint with the dress was when I received it, the slit in the back had loose stitching, so it looked a little frayed, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, I cannot wait for another event to come along so I can rent again, as everything arrived on time and was packaged great, so no unnecessary wrinkles. Great experience!
