Long, not long enough
Wanted to love this, but the waist was so short it was basically an empire waist and look at the sleeves! Ha! Meanwhile, the hemline was at my ankle. Also, I have no bum and this made me look curvy, so girls who are well endowed should be aware.

So weird!
This dress is weird. The material is neoprene, and even though it’s winter and I wanted to be warm, the dress wasn’t. The arm holes are big, the mock neck isn’t that high, and the dress isn’t sized to be super tight. I am tall and have very few curves, so the neoprene tailored hips stuck out on both sides, and the waist fit was unflattering. On a shorter person, the curves might fit, and the drop-waist might actually look dropped, but the skirt would be very long. The shear part of the dress-skirt was very long and wanted to get stuck on my heels.

Sweet, short waisted for tall girls
Wanted to love this dress, but the bust lines, waist, arms, and hips were all an inch too short for my tall frame. I rated it “too small,” but I really just mean “too short.” The details on this dress were well done. I loved the snaps between the buttons to keep it from gaping on the tighter areas. I wore this to church an a lunch meeting, and did not find it too western, which I feared.

Super warm, flattering
Rented to keep warm in the winter and it delivered! For a sweater dress, it doesn’t show too many bumps. Has one tight seam around the top of the bust that could be too tight for better endowed women.

So flattering
I love this tight sweater dress look, but I’m self conscious of my tummy. The tie in this dress is the perfect answer! This was incredibly flattering. The buttons don’t come down very far in front, but with tights it leggings, it’s totally fine.

I’m usually between a 6 and 8. I went for the 6 and it was still a little big in the chest and waist. Needed fashion tape to keep the top from gaping. This dress was a great cold-weather LBD. The fabric is thick and warm. Just size down.

Short-waisted for tall girls
The waist, shoulders and hits fit TTS, but the waist was set very high for a tall girl which diminished the fitted form somewhat. The dress was VERY SPARKLY and I got a ton of compliments. Neckline and slits were just a little sexy, but not too much.

Great real ski pants

Lovely fall dress
Loved this dress because it kept me warm. It’s very long (I’m 5’11’). The waist is a drawstring and i probably could have sized down, but there was no downside to having the snatched waist and extra fabric.

Very low cut and butt sweat
I was not able to wear this for my event because it was so low cut that even with a lot of fashion tape, I could not keep it from showing my boobs. The fabric is a doubled up layer of mesh, so fashion tape doesn’t keep the second layer in place. Additionally, I needed to wear a thong or no underwear, and the fabric shows even the tiniest amount of butt sweat.

So cute, short waisted for tall girls
Wore this for a western-themed wedding. It’s a great dress, but because I am both tall and small-chested, the breast pockets sat high on my frame and looked just a little off. If I had a chest to fill it out, or had used A LOT of fashion tape, I probably could have kept it down. I added my own belt and boots. The fabric is heavy and could be hot if the weather is warm.

Cute, but wrap is weird
This dress is cute, but like other reviewers, I kind of wish the faux wrap skirt weren’t there and you could just see the buttons, mainly because covering up the lines of buttons with the skirt adds bulk to the mid section. On one occasion I wrapped it the other way around, but that was a little weird too. The fabric is a heavy linen, so I did not find it was as wrinkly as other reviewers stated. I’d rent again for work!

Class summer dress
Fabric is light enough and back is open so good for warm weather. I wore this to a brunch party and got lots of compliments. I recommend a halter bra, because the back line is slight low for a strapless bra. Well-structured Kate Spade class.

This is SO short, and short-waisted. It kind of looks like I’m trying to wear my daughter’s cute dress. It’s cute, but looks like it was made for someone else. The skirt has a lot of movement, which is going to show my bum. (I’m 5’11’ size 6)

Hugs in all the right places.
I’m a mom, and conscientious about my mom-belly. This dress has wrap-around detail that is very good at hiding the belly! It’s short and sexy, but has a tight under-slip that keeps the skirt from flying up. I wore a plunge bra, and had to wear fashion tape to keep the top in place, but I have a small bust. This was really well made and my husband loved it!

Pretty and different
I liked this dress as a casual or work dress. It could be more formal if you really take an iron to it. The full buttons up the neck and cap-sleeveless is unique, so great for mixing up your style. Other reviewers mention a tight chest, but I have a small bust and could wear this with a padded bra without problem. Has pockets!

Adorable! (Sparkle)
This dress was so cute! I felt adorable all day. It fits true to size in the 6, and not too short. (Im 5’11’’) it had a corporate sheath silhouette, so would wear this to work, if I wouldn’t freeze. One thing to note: the fabric has a tiny bit of sparkle to it, which does not show up in the photos. It slightly elevates the dress above casual.

Only if comfortable with ALL your curves
My husband loved this dress because of the high slit, but all I could see was my tummy. There is no detail or structure to hide any roundness to the belly area. I wanted to love the conservative top against the dramatic leg, but I needed more confidence in my imperfections to pull it off.

Does not stay up!
Beware, this dress has no structure to make it stay up. There is no under-structure like clasps, sticky liner, or bra. There also isn’t a waist that supports the top of the dress against the hips. (All these are the elements other strapless RTR dresses use to stay up.) This dress uses only the Smocking on the back to be tight enough to stay up, but the entire weight of the rest of the skirt will be pulling down on that smocking along with your boobs. I had to keep hitching it up all night. Very unbecoming.

Standard Lilly Pulitzer
This dress has the standard Lilly P look. The print is bright and pretty, and the style of the dress is the same with an ample amount of fabric in the tiered skirt. However, compared to the designer dresses I’ve become accustomed to receiving from RTR, it lacks some structure and details. The dress doesn’t have a zipper, so it’s only fitted due to the ruching, which may or may not be a little stretched by the time it gets to you. My size 6 fit just a little large. Also, the dresses is only lined half way down, which makes it cooler in the heat, but it feels a little less high-quality. If you’re going for that Lilly P look, you won’t be disappointed, but if you prefer an elevated design experience, maybe pass on this one.
