This dress is pretty with thick/heavy material (couldn't believe how much this dress weighed!) but it was SEXY and shockingly fitted! Too sexy for a wedding, in my opinion. I wore the other dress instead. Would be perfect for a hot date night with the hubby (who LOVED this dress) but it was not conservative enough for an evening wedding. It.was.fitted!!!

The fit was pretty true to size. Pros: I got TONS of compliments! Beautiful blue! Cons: hard to put on alone. The lace was worn at the hem and looked a bit tired. The 6 and the 8 were two very different shades of blue. I would have preferred the much more bold blue of the size 8, but the fit of the 6 was better. Overall I was happy with this comfortable, fun dress!!

Sexy, but short. They ran out of the Long and I had to go with the 6R. The back should have come down so much lower, and it probably would have in the long but the length will not just affect the bottom of the dress, tall girls, it will also affect how low it is on your back. I felt great in the hotel room before we left but super self-conscious the rest of the night. Better for shorter girls (or perhaps in the L, which they didn't have).

It is a very stiff, structured dress. A little scratchy in the material, but that's also what gives it the structure. It looks beautiful on! I'd describe the color as pewter with gold undertones, but it's not weird. Looked beautiful with gold jewelry and a nice tan! This was my backup dress and I went with something else for the actual event, but I'll rent this one next time! Also, TALL GIRLS, the long is AWESOME! I'm 5'9.5" and the tall went to the floor, even in 4" heals!!!! That's hard to find! Love this dress!

Well, it looked great!...but I got tired of carrying it. It does have a short strap inside. It's a nicely made clutch and holds more then I thought it would (cell, ID, lipstick, and lipgloss)! It was missing a rhinestone on the top, but when I contacted RTR they guarenteed that was unusual and appologized giving me a credit on a future rental. Overall, I was happy with it and enjoyed the extra sparkle it brought to my look!

I was showered with complements on the dress and I felt amazing in it. I chose this dress because it photographed so well. There were other RTR styles I liked better, but they just didn't come across in the other "moments" photos. Actually, I was a little nervous when I took it out of the bag b/c this is NOT a dress that looks good on a hanger, but it looked so good on I actually complemented myself out loud when I put it on for the evening!!! :o) There is just something about wearing a $695 gown that you just can't put into words (especially at the bargain price of $125). As for the gown itself, it was such a nice length. I got the 4L; I'm 5'9" and I wore a 3" heal--perfect! It's form-fitting, so I did wear Spanx, but I was completely comfortable in this gown! I believe the 2L might have been a better fit through the bust, but perhaps would have been too slim through the waist. After 3 kids, I'm pretty flat-chested, so I wore a padded, push-up with the shoulder-straps tucked in and all was well. The fashion tape that came with it made all the difference. I think I would have had trouble with the shoulder straps if I hadn't used it. The sequins gave me no trouble and I never noticed any scratching as some of the others had said in previous reviews. As for my RTR experience, I will be using them again for sure! I got the dress, clutch and earrings from them. It wasn't perfect, my 2nd dress wasn't shipped (the 2L) and my clutch was missing a bead, but the whole transaction took place during Hurricane Sandy and my order still arrived on time, so overall, I was delighted. When I contacted them about the clutch they apologized and guaranteed this was not something that usually happens and they would fix it when it was returned. Same with the 2nd dress, but again, hurricane, so there's grace. All in all, I was excited to wear a look totaling $1,034 for under $150 (!!!!!) and I'm already planning my next rental...can't wait!

I ordered my dress from RTR with two "Stylist Surprise" items. I received the Badgley Mischka Showstopper Earrings and the Whiting & Davis Silver Mesh Glam Clutch. Both rent for $25, but letting the stylist's do the work saved me 20 bucks and I think that's a pretty good deal! I really enjoyed having a professional decide what would look best and I think they did a great job on both accounts.

These earrings are so beautiful! They really made the outfit and I received more compliments then I can even remember! They were surprisingly comfortable, too. If it weren't for all the comments I heard about them I would have forgotten they were even on me (in a good way!). I was extremely pleased and highly recommend them.
