I wore this for galentines and it was a huge hit! All my girlfriends could tell it was HL immediately. It does draw attention to every flaw though so it could be good to wear with spanx

This dress is beautiful! Tucks and lifts in all the right places and is sexy but VERY classy. I received so many complements on the dress 

tight like a typical herve should be.  Im 5'9" 34D and it fit like a glove, tightest in my bust/back area.  I ended up wearing a long dress instead to the wedding, but this will def be on my short list for future cocktail dress events

Gorgeous dress: loved the thickness of the material.  As the other reviews attested to, it smoothed in all the right places.  I have a smaller waist, relative to my lower half, so finding something that fits both areas can be hard, but this was perfect.  Also: I'm not normally a "pink person" but this color was stunning!  Would definitely recommend

I loved everything about this dress!  It fit perfectly and made me feel like a million.   I didn't wear a bra and I am a 40 DD.  

I ordered the XS and the M because the S was not available. I loved the XS, but the look was not professional enough for the event. Would order again if they had a S. Fit like spanx! 

I typically hate wearing body con dresses, but challenged myself to get out of my comfort zone with this herve dress. I was in NYC on vacation and was able to try this dress on at the flagship store. I left the store still feeling a little unsure about it, but as soon as I put it on and got out I felt awesome. I'm pretty slender, but I love the way this dress accentuated the curves I *do* have. I typically wear a size 4 and rented a medium in this dress. It was slightly loose around the shoulders (easy to fix with tape) but very fitted from the belly down. Extremely tight, but not restrictive due to its stretch. Kind hard to walk in, but easily solved by unzipping a few inches at the bottom. Highly recommend this dress if you want to feel sexy and bold--just be ready for lots of attention!

The dress was a medium - I am a 6/8 hour glass shape and it fit like a glove.  The fabric was spectacular, I had no trouble walking in it and the back of this dress is just as great as the front. I loved everything about this dress and wore it for 2 hours around the house when it was delivered just because it was so fab :)

I had people I don't know coming over to tell me how amazing the dress was! Very tight and form fitting so this wouldn't be what I would wear if I was planning to drink heavily or eat a lot. I loved everything about this dress!

Great dress. I am a 6 and I ordered a medium. It was a little loose on top but the bottom fit so perfectly I didn't mind. Wore a Spanx thing with a little bit of tummy control. Low in the back so I needed a strapless bra. Felt like a million dollars.

It's hard to go wrong with Herve. This dress was exactly as I expected from other photos and reviews. It's snug but flattering. I do want to mention that the dress is on the longer side. I'm not super tall, but I do have long legs so I liked the length...but I would image someone on the shorter end might feel that the dress hits them at a funny length. Overall good experience. I would rent it again if I needed to. 

Fits a little snug as was expected since it's a bandage dress. Did loosen a bit as the night wore on. Longer, past the knee, but form fitting and slimming and a beautiful, fun color! Tons of compliments!

Wore an xs and it fit perfectly, i admit it was a little bit hard to get into the car! 

I'm a true 0 and got the XS- I needed help zipping it, but once it was on- it fit perfectly. Super flattering. It's a pretty long dress- I'm 5' 10' and it hit just above my knee... Probably not ideal for short girls! 

Fit perfectly and was super comfortable! Hugged in all of the right places. Wearing any under garments was near impossible as dress is very tight and leaves no room. Otherwise, super easy to move around in and dance. Head turner. 

This dress was sent to me as a backup and I was thrilled because I've always wanted to wear it! The medium was a bit large in the straps - I would have preferred a small, but I made it work with a sticky bra. You definitely have to have confidence to wear this dress but I loved it!

Based on the reviews, I planned on wearing the Medium and got the Small as my backup. The small zipped but was a little tighter than I wanted. The medium fit very well at first but stretched out throughout the night as I danced. 

I usually wear a-lines, fit-and-flares, and wrap dresses. I decided to go out of my comfort zone and try a fitted dress. This was an alternate dress when my first choice (another Herve dress) became unavailable at the last minute. I have very narrow shoulders and fuller hips. Like some other reviewers said, this gaped at the neckline. It fit like a boatneck instead of flat like on the model. It also went below my knees, unlike the model. I wish I had fashion tape on-hand to hem it. I wore a strapless bra but had to pull it way down in the back. I tried it without a bra but didn't like how it looked. 

I marked the dress as "runs large." It ran large in my shoulder area but smaller in my hip area. I think it's because of my body type though. Medium was my back-up and I ended up wearing it instead of the small. The small felt a bit tight in the hips, and it had the same gaping at the neck. I figured I might as well be comfortable so I went with the medium. Overall, it was a very beautiful look. I'm glad I went for it. I recommend a backless bra and fashion tape, and you'll be good-to-go!

I am 5'1 32AA 100 lbs. This dress fit me to a T! This hugged all the right curves, accentuated my waist, and you can wear a low back bra. I love this dress! I would keep it if I could, it is so bombshell! 

This dress was my back up to my back up dress due to the dresses being damaged. RTR Customer service was great to work with. I'm so glad I got this Herve Leger instead. I'm very petite and smaller frame and this dress runs true to size. However the dress was a bit big on the top. It wasn't too noticeable because my hair covered it. I wore a strapless bra and shapewear. This dress hugs all your curves and made me look tall in pictures. I'm only 4'10"! I received compliments all night! Rent this dress!

I loved this dress! The fit was perfect for my 6 ft height an was comfortable to wear to this Newport Wedding. It was very classic but not overly dramatic. well expect for the color ;) 

I didn't end up wearing this dress. The fit was true to size but I didn't like the neck line or how low it dipped in the back. 

I received compliments on this dress all night. I had several people ask me for it. If you want to stand out and feel like a million bucks, this is the dress for you. It's sophisticated, yet extremely sexy. 

The dress fit like a glove and hits in all the right places. I am rather large at the bottom so while the M fit perfectly on top, I found the hip area to be too snug, so I opted for the L, which was a little loose on top but perfect fit at the hip area, and made me more comfortable. 

I wore to an art gallery opening of friends, and chose a color that I see used in his artwork quite frequently. This dress fit the bill to a T! Highly recommended!


I'm usually a 4 or small and I luckily had the medium backup. Holds you in tight. You can feel the quality of the material. Classy and glamorous. Many compliments. I love love loved it! I did not want to send this dress back. Super fun zipper detail in back allows you to actually be able to walk and dance. Comfortable to top it all off. Highly recommend.

Very form fitting but very flattering, even on these hips!  Compliments all night, but be ready for attention in this dress.  Very bright pink.  Kind of off the shoulder - I have broad shoulders and towards the end of the night the cap sleeves tended to slip a bit.  I'd rent it again in a heartbeat.

First time wearing Herve! This dress is without a doubt the most amazing dress I've ever worn! If I could wear it every day for the rest of my life, I would. I rented it for Key to the Cure at Saks Fifth Avenue and got so many compliments. I would definitely order it again! (The only reason I say it runs small is because it's a bandage dress and it takes some work to get into. Once it's on, you'll be ready for the runway!)

I wanted a sexy, form fitting dress for a date night while on vacation. This definitely fit that! The top straps were a little annoying and it was sort of hard to walk in with how it fit on my legs. I loved the color and style of it though! Paired it with a leather jacket and leopard shoes

This dress is pretty with thick/heavy material (couldn't believe how much this dress weighed!) but it was SEXY and shockingly fitted!  Too sexy for a wedding, in my opinion.  I wore the other dress instead.  Would be perfect for a hot date night with the hubby (who LOVED this dress) but it was not conservative enough for an evening wedding.

Hot! Want all eyes on you?! This dress definitely does that. It is very tight so you need to have confidence to wear it but the material is like spanx and keeps you sucked in and smooths you out in all the right places. It's also very comfortable. It does run small. I am a size 0 and ordered the XS. While I wore the XS comfortably, I would have liked a S to compare because it pulled tight in a few places. The length was also perfect on me. I'm 5'8" and wore 5" heels that night. I definitely got a lot of compliments on this dress. I wish I owned it. I'll definitely be wearing Herve again. 

I'm 5'1", 105 lbs., small bust, slightly bigger than average booty.  I received tons of compliments on this super comfortable and stylish dress. It was perfect for a very early fall Saturday evening wedding. Definitely order up a size if your hips or booty are curvy.

I wore this dress to a formal summer wedding.  It is very form fitting but the fabric and design are of the highest quality.    No need for a bra--the dress offers terrific support.   The color of this dress is breathtaking.     I would suggest sizing up.
