Pros: Nice quality fabric, beautiful color; well made; Cons: not suitable for a DD chest as the top button pulled, sleeves were a bit too billowy for my taste. Did not wear, but think other people would love it.

Lightweight top with floral flair
Immediately loved this shirt the moment I tried it on! It's nice and lightweight, perfect for layering under a blazer for work and the cute shoulder and sleeve details make it fun and different for the evening or weekend. Plenty of room to breathe for my DD chest, stretchy material.

Fun necklace, but not for the look I was going for
The necklace was much larger/bulkier than anticipated. I had originally rented it to pair with a v-neck sequined dress (to go for the 1920s look). This covered up too much skin, and didn't look right with the dress. It would be great for a high-neck dress, though!

Quite simply, the greatest dress out there.
This dress was perfect for an evening art gallery gala I attended. The color was definitely a standout, and the flirty skirt was perfect for dancing. I found the stomach area to be very forgiving, as I had gained a bit of weight. I felt fabulous, and got so many compliments. I will be renting this dress again!

Lovely for some women - but not for me.
Plain and simple, this dress was HUGE on me. It was nicely made, but too long, too wide, too loose. I hope others will find this to be a successful dress for them. It would be very nice for an evening wedding - elegant, but not too flashy.

The best dress out there - glam, sexy, fun.
Although my summary calls this the "best dress out there" (which I still believe it is), I was unfortunately unable to wear it for my event. I tried this dress on at the RTR store near me in December, and the 10R fit perfectly. I promptly ordered it for my February gala, but foolishly did not order the next size up. Fast-forward two months, and some unexpected weight gain made this dress too snug to be comfortable (or breathable) for a long evening gala. The 12R wasn't available the rest of the weekend. I was devastated - it's so gorgeous, looks great in the bust, the length (even for a 5'2" woman, it was perfect in the 10R!), and the dress is made perfectly. Thankfully RTR sent me other options, and I found one that worked for my event. Nothing will hold a candle to this dress though...I will try to rent it again, and this time order the next size up for backup!

Lovely, stretchy lace - hugs curves perfectly
This dress was beautifully made (the lace was so soft and stretchy), and made my curves look awesome. It would have been perfect if it weren't for three problems: it is FAR too long for a 5'2" woman wearing a size 10, regardless of heel height; it puckered out weirdly at the chest (I'm a 36D, but read other reviewers had this issue, irregardless of bust size); and it was impossible to zip by myself due to the way the lace lays within the zipper area. It kept getting trapped - even my roommate couldn't get the lace to lay right for zipping. Perhaps this dress is best for tall, small-busted women who have an extra (dozen?) hands to zip it up! I didn't end up wearing the dress, but thankfully had another option from RTR. I hope others have success with it, because it's truly a lovely dress.

Perfect for a 1920s gala!
RTR really came to the rescue - I had a 1920s gala to attend at a local theatre, and my original dress didn't fit. RTR jumped into action and sent me a couple options. I ended up with this dress, pairing it with black heels and a black headpiece. It looked great! One of the actors at the gala said my friend (who also wore a flapper-inspired sequin dress) and I were the best-dressed. Would definitely rent this again -- super comfy, flattering, and fun!

Flirty, fun dress

This one was super fun and flirty, but wouldn't have worked for the overall vibe of the 1920s black & white gala. I ended up going with a different RTR option, but would definitely consider renting this for a future event.

Super awkard sleeves on this dress -- looks great on the model, but like the other reviewers said, it just leaves a lot to be desired. Still love RTR, and was glad to be able to get credits for another fab dress in the future.

Rang in the New Year feeling sparkly and beautiful!
I was very pleased with this dress, which I wore to a NYE dinner and party. It's perfect for someone who wants to cover up a bit to avoid freezing in the winter, is a great length, and you can wear a regular bra with it! (Great for a full-busted lady like myself.) I felt incredibly sexy in the dress, even though it shows minimal skin -- in my book, that's the mark of a good dress. I loved that I could keep the jewelry simple and let the dress speak for itself. Everywhere I went on NYE I received compliments, which made me feel even MORE sparkly. I didn't want to return this dress!

Super sparkly and fun details with the sleeves!
I really wanted to love this dress, but it just didn't do anything for my curves. The sleeves were pretty great though - the arms peeked through in a very sexy way. Some of the sequins were falling off one of the sizes I received - if I were going to purchase it in the store, I would have negotiated for a discount. Since it's a rental, it wasn't a big deal. Ultimately, I decided to return the dress and receive a credit. I know I will find many other fabulous items to wear in the future! RTR usually hits it out of the park, especially if you are lucky enough to work with a stylist at one of their stores. (Highly recommend!)

The effect of the sequins were contagious - I felt sparkly on the inside & outside!
This was my first RTR dress, and it didn't disappoint! Although it was a little snug in the ribcage area, I went with the smaller size (8 rather than 10) because the sleeves stayed up better and it still felt great, even if snug. (Ribcage is a trouble spot for me anyways.) I'm a bit short (5'2"), and it hit just above the knee, which worked for me just fine. It was so glam on its own that I went for minimal accessories -- tear drop earrings and nude stilettos. I felt gorgeous and definitely sparkled throughout the night. It was easy to tear up the dance floor in this dress, and I felt great doing it. I will try this designer/fit in another color for a future event...it was a hit!
