Compliments! But odd fit.
I really struggled with the fit of this maxi. The straps were thankfully adjustable, and the MR length was fine for my 5'10" body in low wedge sandals, but that's where it ends. The dress wrapped completely around so it wasn't that the dress was too small- but the arm holes are weirdly wide open. I needed to pull it a little tighter to cover the cleavage which didn't work out so well, even with a safety pin. The belt rode up throughout the day to an almost empire waist. I think a large would have been too big. It's like it started off flattering but by the end of the day looked a little tired. But the dress itself is a beauty. The color is a knockout and flows in the breeze that will make you feel like you're on a tropical vacation. I wore with a NuBra.

Sexy, but snug.
I rented this top for a dinner out. It looks terrific on: slimming, elegant. Shows just the right amount of skin. But I usually wear a small / medium in most clothes and the medium was tight, especially in the arms. My biggest complaint is that there is no way to avoid getting (even clear) deodorant marks on it as you're putting it on (pulling it over your head.) I was furiously using baby wipes as I was running out the door to get the marks off. But overall I loved the way it looked. Wore with a strapless bra. I paired the top with black cigarette pants.

Great for tall girls
I wore this dress for a friend's party. I'm typically a size 6 and my rib cage is my smallest / narrowest. But the Small Long was tiny. I wore the Medium Long. I'm 5'10" and the dress was perfect with low wedge Jack Rogers.

Sexy
Fit perfectly. Straps weren't too long for me, though I know others complained. I couldn't wear a strapless bra because of the way it was cut. The seams on the inside of the cups of the bust are itchy, though! Overall I would rent this one again.

Great fit, but not the most comfortable dress.
This dress was perfect for a dinner / dance / concert at a Gold Coast mansion. I'm 5'10", and the length was just right. The 6 was not in great condition, however. It was clearly more worn than the 4, my backup size, which was too small. There is no stretch in this dress and the sequins really REALLY scratched my underarms. Like, to the point where I had to borrow a shawl and tuck it under my arms. But it was beautiful, compliments all around. I skipped a bra since the dress was so structured. I wish I could say I'd rent again but I remember how uncomfortable I was that night!

Sparkly and glamorous
They worked well with my hair style. Not too heavy, all stones there. They left a dark mark on my ear lobes but was not a deal breaker.

Not for tall girls.
While this gown is very lovely, it will not work if you're over 5'7", despite the notes in the fit description. I am 5'10"'and the gown didn't come to my ankles and I ordered it in a long length. The RTR staff is great and overnighted me a gown that worked out better. Also, this dress has sequins that are uncomfortable under the arms. Even if the length was appropriate, I can't imagine spending a whole night dancing in it. Too bad, because it's very pretty!
