Attractive but cheaply made
Large decorative buttons are loosely attached by threads. The front two fell off within a few hours of gentle wear. Very disappointing for a jacket of this price level. Veronica Beard jackets have plastic keepers for the heavy buttons.

The color of money
Stand out in a sea of black. Compliments all night. Dress is true to size from waist down, but oddly large on top. Be prepared to do some fidgeting with it. I’m’5’3” and wore a 3” heel and still a little long. If you can work around those things, it’s a beautiful dress.

Pictures don’t do this dress justice. True to size, but top is plunging and gapes. A little strategic pinning takes care of it. Tons of compliments.

When the occasion requires decorum, this is a great dress. Side slit gives it a little pizzazz. Looks better in person than in photos due to the black on navy. I’m 5’3”, added 3” heels and length was perfect, FYI

Expected more from this label.
Fine to wear around the house on a hot day, but unforgiving around the midsection and straps are very long making it very low cut. Not worth a spot, IMO.

Those shoulder pads-RTR please read all the feedback
Elegant yet slightly edgy, but those weird shoulder pads that have been dry cleaned into oblivion and won’t lie flat. Each one is shaped differently. It ruins the jacket.

A long sleeve cotton sweater is a 3 season play for the northeast. Like other RL sweaters I’ve rented, the placket was very stiff making it hard to unbutton, but otherwise preppy & practical

Other than that…they’re very nice. Arrived NWT, but too lightweight for NYC winter. I would also size down if you’re in between. Petite hit an inch too short and I’m 5’3. Recommend the regular length.

Arrived NWT. Had to swap for a bigger size. Very fitted with boning. Not the most comfortable dress, but worth it . Be mindful of the back sash-especially getting/out of cars and in the loo! With a 3” heel the petite was perfect. Many compliments-enjoy!
