Super flattering - but runs a touch small.
I wasn't even mad that I had to size up to the XL. The fit of this dress is super flattering and I felt very pretty in it (the lighting stunk when I finally remembered to take a pic). The L was too small to zip up (and I'm a true L (sometimes M\L) in most everything), so I wore the XL and it fit perfectly around the core. At 5'8 with 2-3in heels the regular length would have been fine. The long length was not needed.

Fine but not flattering
As the title says, this dress was fine, but didn't do anything special for me. The way it hung made it appear that I had more belly than I do. Definitely a good non-maternity maternity dress. Great light material. More sheer more than I would have liked too.

Not for "hippy" women
Dress fit true to size, but the cut wasn't as flattering on my hips as I would have liked. I have a fairly hourglass shape, but definitely wide hips and I think this dress accentuated them. Loved the material and the feel of the dress - the high-low skirt was great. You definitely need a strapless bra.

Beautiful, but disappointing
Was a backup dress, and ended up not wearing it because my main dress fit me better. This dress is gorgeous and I loved the back, but felt it didn't show off my curves as much as I would have liked.

Beautiful and Unique
Pros: gorgeous print, heavy fabric, pockets!, unique back, good structure Cons: For me, the chest area of the dress was huge and unbalanced with the waist - my chest 38 b/c couldn't fill out the top. The waist was comfortable in the 12, but I was swimming in the bust. I ended up wearing the 10, as it fit better on my chest (with a NuBra). The waist fit, but was just a teensy bit more snug than the 12. Overall loved the dress and received tons of compliments. Would recommend to those with a larger bust :)

Perfect Bachelorette Party Sparkles!
Rented this for my friend's bachelorette party. The dress was great! I'm 5'8" and fairly self conscious about short dresses, but found this one to be perfect, not too short. The red sequins are beautiful - they have a little more depth than a straight red. I didn't find the dress to have that much stretch. It did not scratch under my arms. The slip did seem to peek out in an awkward way.

Just stunning!!
This dress is amazing! I rented it for a wedding in the Sierra foothills in November - a combo of indoor and outdoor. - the sequins did not bother my underarms at all - fits true to size. I'm a curvy size 12 and it fit amazingly well - thick fabric allows you to wear without a NuBra if you want (you can't wear a traditional bra due to the back) - thick material also means I wouldn't recommend for a warm summer event. - length was perfect for me, hit right at the knees -- I'm 5'8" - had fun spin for dancing I paired with black wedge Cole Haan pumps, and drop earrings (also RTR).

This was supposed to be my backup dress for a wedding, my original choice was spectacular so I didn't have to wear this one -- although I couldn't have even if I wanted to. It runs VERY small. I'm a true 12. Reading other readers comments I ordered the 14, and it still hardly zipped up. My boobs looked smushed and I could hardly breathe. Additionally, I think the dress I got should be retired, it was incredibly faded. The material is not for a fancy event - more for summer garden wedding / party.

Fun and Funky
Really fun, cute dress! Initially, I didn't wear the dress because of an issue with UPS timing -- I tried it on once received, and I wouldn't have worn it anyway. I am very "hippy" and it was just too tight there, and too short for me. Really cute dress though - the pattern is a lot of fun, and would have been perfect for the "Sci-fi" themed wedding I was going to.

Most beautiful I've felt in a long time!
Loved loved loved this dress!! I wore it to a "retro sci-fi chic" themed wedding (hence the robot in the picture). Dress was super comfortable and true to size. I have wide hips and the dress was forgiving and fit well. The sequins didn't bother my under arms until the end of the night after a lot of dancing. My only complaint was the zipper was tough to zip up --- oh, and that I had to give it back! You won't be disappointed with this dress.

Didn't wear, but a great dress
The dress is beautiful, but I didn't wear as (a) it was my backup dress and my primary dress looked good, and (b) it was way too short - I'm curvy and 5'8 - if I raised my arms, my bottom would have shown. Perhaps it would have worked with black tights. The dress was well made and would be good for a winter party as the long sleeves were warm.
