Cool dress, odd fit.
Small in hips, large in bust, not sure why there were belt loops on the dress I received. I still loved the look of the dress, but it wasn't right for my figure.

This dress was perfect for an early evening summer wedding. Bright, but sophisticated, and short enough for my 5'5'' frame, but not too short for my 40 year old body. I received many compliments-- rented it twice.
