my only complaint is the zipper is REALLY hard to zip up. I ended up wearing a cardigan over it so no one could tell I couldn't do it :'D but it zips just fine on the hanger - bring patience! Tons of compliments and perfect length for my short frame

echoing other reviewers, I think this one needs to be taken out of rotation and fixed. seems like the manufacturer used a pattern that was way too short or forgot the last layer of ruffles. couldn't wear it
