Too big!
Rented this because I've been covering Artiza Luxe Lounge Jacket and was looking to rent something similar. I thought this JCrew piece would do the trick but it's oversized and boxy for my frame which ends up looking shapeless and unflattering.

A tad too big on the top for me
The length and color were fine on me but bust was too big and was not flattering. I think going to a small would've been too tight in the hips and waist so I went with another dress option.

Fave Rental
Beautiful dress for an outdoor wedding. The bride requested floral dresses and the statement one shoulder style gave it that WOW factor. The fitted pencil skirt was flattering for my shape. I have a smaller chest and I was able to wear a/o a bra.

Not my style...
TTS clingy fabric that will hug your body and reveal your true shape. I am a petite, athletic build and the dress was just not flattering on me. The bottom was cute - I wish it was just a skirt with the slit. The too however was what I did not like: the extra drape material in front doesn't do anything except add bulk. I wore it with a belt to keep the drape close to the body. Won't be renting again.

Super cute but thin material.
Fit well (body con and form fitting) and lovely color. Only negative is that the material is thin so you may want wear patches if your super conscious (like me).

Weird cut and not flattering
Wanted a casual tee shirt dress and selected this Madewell version. Pros: cotton and oversized. Cons: too long and weird fit. The shoulder area was too big and the length too long.

Oversized fit a little too big and was unflattering on me. Overall cute style but I couldn't get past the fabric (which felt more like carpet than faux fur).

Perfect for work event
Wore this when I hosted a retirement party for my colleague. Right amount of business and party. I normally wear 6M so the size 8 fit a bit loose (roomy at bust and waist) but looked fine due to the cut and design of the dress. Overall recommend!

Fitted top - size accordingly.
I normally wear a size 6 / 38B. The waist on the dress was fine but the top was too small. This dress is much more flattering for a smaller chested frame. This got sent back.

Form fitting so it wasn't flattering on my abdomen :). Decided not to wear it. I also had issue with the sleeves which were longer than usual (I get it design wise) and not flattering on me.
