Dress was comfy and I bought Vionic (comfortable) shoes similar to those in the picture.
44R is what worked for me. Conversion seems off to me. The 42R (returned) was more of a 4 than a 6. And this 44R was more of a 6 than an 8. Anyway, I'm purchasing this one.

Really cute dress--I would have preferred it to be a little longer because I hate my legs. It was just that I chose a different dress that I have actually decided to buy. This runs a little small--I'm almost always a 6 and the 8 was fine.

Not the dress, cute as it is.
This is a great dress but--and maybe I'm more sensitive to this--I felt like I was choking and decided not to wear it to what was going to be a really fun (and long) wedding because I knew I wouldn't be comfortable. Others noted that it felt scratchy at the neck. For me it was the tightness--and I don't think I have a particularly big neck. Also I noted that one reviewer pinned it to make the skirt more fitted. That actually would make it more flattering--to tailor the skirt a bit.

I'm not really a 4 (any longer) but the size was right. Cute dress. Didn't like the fact that the lining showed at one of the armholes. Could probably rectify with tape but too lazy.
