Pictures do not do this dress justice! This was actually sent to me by customer service when my back-up size was unavailable for a dress in my original order. As this was the day before my husband's work Xmas party, time was short and the lovely person in customer service found this dress for me based on my request for sleeves and mid-length. While I was on the phone with her, I was looking at the website, too. When she suggested this dress, I wasn't terribly excited, but as I was worried my other choices wouldn't fit, I was willing to try. The dress was overnighted to me, and arrived at 9am at my door. My original order had arrived the evening before, and both of the dresses in it were wonderful and fit very well. I considered not even trying this dress on, as it looked very plain on the hanger. I'm so glad I gave it a chance! It was absolutely gorgeous!!! The lace is a heavy, almost embroidered lace, but quite soft with a bit of stretch, so very comfortable. The sleeves are unlined, and came midways down my forearm, which was a very flattering length; the neckline is a boatneck style which I loved (even though I usually go with something a bit more revealing!). The fit, while not tight, was a bit body-con, just skimming my curves, and came down to just about an inch below my knee. This dress was incredibly elegant and well-made, and I couldn't wait to wear it! I wore the dress with a low-heeled fabric pump, nude hose, and jet heavy chandelier earrings, which created a very vintage, Old Hollywood look. I loved how this dress looked and felt. I received so many compliments! At least a dozen women came up just to ask me where I had bought it (and I told them all about RTR!), and to tell me how gorgeous it was! I even had a few of my husband's male coworkers make a point of telling him that they liked it! I would rent this again in a heartbeat, and would love to add it to my closet as my go-to LBD.

Loved this dress! Sequinned, netted over-dress with a detached satin wide strap slip dress underneath. Beautiful color, picked up blue and silver tones from the light. It was fairly comfortable; sequins were a bit scratchy on the arms as they are not lined, but nothing terribly uncomfortable or unusual for this material. Based on the size chart, I choose the 20W. Fit nicely, was a bit more sheath than body-con, and quite lovely on. My measurements are 48-41-52 for reference for fit, with the slip dress fairly fitted in the bust; this dress hit just at the top of my knee length-wise.

Although I ultimately went with another dress for my event, this was a very close runner-up. It's a true indigo color, not navy or blue, and was very comfortable. I ordered the 2X, and felt it was true-to size. Loved the neckline, makes quite the impact, although I would recommend dress tape so as to avoid a wardrobe malfunction. For reference, my measurements are 48-41-52, and at 5'8', this dress hit me at mid-knee.
