I loved this dress. It was a perfect semi-formal dress for a Maine wedding and the trendy neckline was fun.

This dress is lovely, very pretty, but felt like something I could wear to work and not special. It was not what I was looking for exactly so I did not wear it. It does run small: I typically wear a size 2 and the size 4 fit perfectly.

flattering and nice color
This dress was nice but I ended up wearing my back up because it was a little more elegant. This lost one star only because the petite was still extremely long--it needed 4.5" heels while being 5'1 just to not trip. A little big in the bust too but some fashion tape would have easily fixed that.

very pretty
I wore this to my cousin's wedding and it was nice to actually wear a floor length gown without tripping. I'm 5'1 and heels were about 4". It was a bit too low cut for me which is why it loses one star. I was constantly pulling up the dress to cover my strapless bra. Obviously tape or a different bra (not enough support for no bra) would have solved the problem. This is a great dress to deal with a little bump and I even fit my regular size.

I couldn't wear this because the 0 was much too small and the 4 never came. Hoping to rent it again one day, I found out it no longer is available in that size. Bummer because I would love to wear this dress. I fear the 4 would be too big. For those who can fit one of the sizes available, it looked so pretty when I put the too small size on.

I loved this dress. I had it on my "hearts" for a long time. I had an outdoor wedding on a farm and it was perfect. It was a flattering shape and very comfortable. Highly recommended. Note that It is above my knee and i'm quite short so might be short on normal size women.

most unflattering dress i've ever tried on
perhaps I'm just too short, but I looked downright ridiculous. the fitted bodice ended just above my "pouch" and accentuated it. then all the extra material made it look like i had a legitimate tired around my hips. luckily the event I rented it for turned out to be very casual and I didn't need it. you might not have to be taylor swift to wear this but it certainly doesn't work for 5'1, 117-ish.

Love this dress! received so many compliments. Two small negatives: I'm short so the strap was a bit long, but it wasn't a big deal, it gave the front a bit of a cowl; the waist is tiny--it is fitted even though the rest of the dress is pretty forgiving. Wearers should note that there is boning at the bust and for me it went to right above my belly-button, which ran the risk of creating a tummy, but luckily the draping covered it up. Highly recommend this dress. Definitely go one size up and two size up for rentals. I wear a 0/2 regularly and rented a 2 (6 in UK) and a 4 (8 in UK). I went with the 2 because the top was too loose on the 4.

perfect dress for an outdoor summer rehearsal dinner
The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the top fit a bit funny. It was large in the straps (I'm small, so that's not the reason I deducted a star) and the bust seemed oversized. I pinned it together so I wouldn't give a show, but there seemed to be too much fabric. Nevertheless, I received lots of compliments and it was fun to twirl in!

I don't often feel beautiful, but in this dress I did. I could not count the number of compliments I received. Everyone wanted to borrow the dress so I referred them to RTR! My only issue was the length. I thought based on other reviews that the regular would be fine. Learned my lesson: if a petite is available, get it! It was about 2 inches too long with 3.5 to 4 inch heels (I'm 5'1, so with the heels, about 5'5"). Also, I think I could have even worn a 0 in the dress. I'm consistently a 4, but wore the 2 because it was more fitted. Regardless of it being slightly too long and the possibility that it could be more fitted, the dress is amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone. If I actually owned it, I'd probably wear it around the house to feel beautiful all the time.

I rented this as part of my first outfit from the 3 summer outfit deals. Lots of compliments on them. They're beautiful, but a little heavy. Made it hard to jump around dancing. Would recommend these because you can always take them off once the dancing starts!

beautiful but didn't wear it
this dress is beautiful, but it just wasn't as flattering as the other dress I rented (a Lilly Pulitzer). It fit nicely, but I think a 6 would have been better. I ordered a 4 and a 2 as a backup for my bridal shower, the 4 barely zipped and the pleats in the front pulled a little. I am a TTS 4. I ended up wearing it out to dinner for my dad's birthday because I had it but I did not wear it to my shower. I would recommend this dress to girls who are a bit thinner than me (and maybe less busty?). Definitely order your regular size and then a size up.

I wore this dress for my bridal shower and it was perfect. it was actually my back up dress and it was so flattering that I decided to wear it. I'm a true size 4 although short (5'1") and the length was perfect, just above my knee. No shapewear required because of the flare bottom. Highly recommend this dress.
