I don't know how they size this because the 2 in the skirt fit but the 4 in the top was insanely small. I couldn't button it. The waist is made for someone who is shaped as if they are wearing a corset.

It was okay. The material is very thick. It's almost like if you take it off, it will stand on its own. If you bend over, you have to hold your dress down or it will rise up.

I'm 5'4" and would say if you are shorter than that you'll need 4" + heels for it not to hit awkward at the ankle. High waisted and was a bit tight on me but I have a bigger rib cage.
