It was alright. I ended up only wearing it once because I felt that I wasn't able to hide my belly. It was also a bit too casual.

This was an easy, and very comfortable dressy outfit that felt casual enough to sit in a conference. The slit is high, but not for just walking around only for sitting. Least favorite thing about this dress was I felt like it made me look big in the middle, but I have a complex with my apron belly so take it for what you will. I would recommend this for someone who needs multiple things to pack for a conference. 

I enjoyed wearing this to work and also just running errands for a chic look. I paired with brown booties. As noted in other reviews, you do need to be mindful of sitting down with the slit, but it was still work appropriate. It wasn’t as flattering on my tummy as I had hoped, but I still want to try other colors and styles. I wasn’t sure about the different pattern, going from horizontal to diagonal, but i did get a number of compliments and felt very comfortable. Give this a try for a warmer chic look. The shoulders and chest fit great!

Easy, comfortable dress. Very forgiving. Size down for tighter fit, it is very stretchy. Would pair great with browns or blacks with the color of navy.  Lots of compliments on this one!  

This was a perfect dress to throw on every day and feel elevated. The fit was really nice and very flattering with the stripes and the tie. The fabric was also so cozy and easy to wear all day.

This is seemingly just a striped sweater dress, but I got tons of compliments at work on this outfit! The detail at the waist is flattering and helps create the illusion of a waist for those of us who have lost that definition over the years lol. Fit great, didn’t lose its shape over time as some knit dresses can do. Nothing super exciting, but a great basic! 

This fit a little on the large size, but it was still very comfortable and great for the workday. Lots of compliments.

I’ve rented almost every variation of this dress and it hits every. single. time. It is always so flattering and so easy to wear! This one is a bit heavy so it would be perfect for fall or winter. Rent this!

Work appropriate if your office isn’t super formal. Very comfortable and cozy as it’s made of a thick knit fabric. Received several compliments and am considering buying!

This dress is soft and cozy — like wearing your favorite sweatshirt to work! As I always say in my reviews, I’m a big fan of ruching around the tummy area as a little built-in camouflage. Anytime I don’t have to wear Spanx is a win, and that was definitely the case with this dress. It fits just right, the sleeves fit just right, and despite being comfy, it still looks professional enough for meetings all day. The asymmetrical striping elongates my torso and gives the illusion that I’m thinner than I am — total bonus!

This dress is a great fit. The cinched waist and diagonal stripes hit in all the right places. This works great for business, work, date night, etc. 

I tend to stray away from stripes, but felt this had enough asymmetry to be ok. Glad I did! This dress is beyond comfortable. I would suggest sizing down…XS would have fit me better, but that isn’t stopping me from loving it! The side slit and gathering at the waist took it over the top.

Love this. Perfect for a cold office environment! Feels like wearing a sweatsuit but so flattering. Lots of compliments! TTS. 

The good: beautiful quality and material. Quite stretchy so consider sizing down for a snugger, more body hugging fit. I kind of wish I would have gone with the small on this one. 

The not-so-good: the little twist in the fabric at the waist just sits kind of awkwardly. I don’t like fussy clothes that I’m constantly having to adjust and this was def that. I felt it really added volume to my natural waistline and nobody wants that. Idk if I’ll end up wearing this one which is a shame because it came nwt and really could have been a great dress.

Sleeves and length are a little long on petites, but still very wearable 

This is one of the most comfortable dresses I have ever rented from RTR. It feels like your comfiest pair of pajamas but is sleek enough for work. The twist and leg split at the front of the dress elevate it from a standard sweater dress and imbue it with the perfect amount of sexiness and femininity. I will definitely rent this again if I don’t just end up buying it to keep in my closet.
