I found that this ran small overall. I'm a true medium on top with somewhat broad shoulders. The fit overall was snug in the armhole and chest (36C for reference)

Love the dot and overall fit
Beautiful blouse. The fabric for the bow is a bit excessive and is pretty heavy if you only want to low loop it vs doing a full bow. Nonetheless, loved it and thought it looked great on calls and in person

Absolutely loved this dress. Beware though, chest runs small. 36c here, and found the fit in the chest very tight. Hips waist were great and there was extra space. Would go up to a 6 next time.
