This is the perfect fall staple. I wore it to church on Sunday, but I could definitely wear it to work or a dinner date. It is so comfortable and the style and color are beautiful. Would love to buy this one!

This was out of my comfort zone bc it is more a-line than what I usually pick but I felt like the dress didn't look overly baggy. The pleating made a really nice shape and had nice movement. Fully lined so it was good for a cold office or layered for fall. Wore with high boots. Definitely roomy so true to size. Basically just fitted in the shoulders

Fun rental, I usually shy away from this style on a my hourglass frame but didn't mind this one. Lovely color and pattern and high end details. Dressed up and down.  Long enough for my height which is rare 

Easy to style, perhaps runs a tad big but it’s beautiful and the quality is very nice! 

I wanted a flowy comfortable dress for a wedding and was so happy with this one! Able to groove on the dance floor and still look chic.

Super easy to throw on and go. Styled with and without a belt and boots. 

Loved this dress! Have rented in other patterns/colors before and it’s so comfy and easy to wear to work. Wore with brown knee high boots. Could put leggings/tights on if you wanted to be even warmer but I was fine in the winter with my boots and the dress without tights

Such a cute mini dress for the fall! This Derek Lam Collective dress has a comfortable fit and has a functional tie around the neck. This dress runs as true to size, however, there is potential to size down if you want a shorter and cuter fit. I can not wait to style this with tights and boots!

Very cute and perfect fit! Came just above the knee on me and decided to dress down with some sneakers. Only reason I'm doing 4 stars is because the two strings by the neckline are a little long and didn't look right on me when I tied them - they kinda got in the way. Still super cute and got a couple compliments!

Like others said, it's a little shapeless in the bodice. It looked cute belted but I didn't like how short it was then. I still wore it because it was comfortable and otherwise looked good. I preferred the neckline untied, but the neck tie hung very long. 

It was a little short for work so I wore leggings underneath. Got lots of use 

A lot of material. Runs big, but is cute and I got lots of complements. Like the length! Not too short. 

I love the colors and print of this dress. Without a belt, it looked rather potato sack-ish on me though.

I wore this to the office on the hottest days in summer. I received so many compliments. The lining is long with an additional piece of the printed fabric, so you can flounce about without worrying the dress will ride up.

I loved wearing this dress.  Much more flattering than it appears on photos.  I returned the Size 2 for a Size 0, so I would say size down.  

I paired this dress with cowboy boots, cowboy hat and a jean vest and went to the rodeo! Very comfortable and easy to wear. You can dress it up for work or wear it casual. I may rent again.

I wore this to a business formal dress code meeting with black slingback heels. The material is very high quality but breathable. Would be good with tights and boots too. The material has a slight pleat to it, but it's not outdated or overwhelming just something to note 

I loved this dress! I wore it out for my birthday dinner with my husband and he loved it too! Perfect paired with over the knee boots. 

Very comfortable while preparing Thanksgiving dinner and entertaining (not too hot in the kitchen). Fit was forgiving in a lot of places and I felt special!

I lead a leadership conference and needed to be dressed for the occasion. I wore the dress out a few times before the conference and always received the right compliments to know it was a winner for my on stage moments. Only thing missing is pockets. 

I love all of the Derek Lam tie neck dresses. The fit is fun, flirty and cute with just the right level of sophistication. I tend to wear them with knee high suede boots for a fun and on trend look. 

Sized down on second time rental - there's no shape to it but it's comfortable and the fabric is nice - looked good with a fitted blazer over it.

Loved this and wanted to keep it! The plum color is lovely for fall. I got it to wear to a baptism but ended up being able to wear it to work too as the length was OK
