fun, super flattering dress
This dress was MEGA flattering. I would have bought it, except the one I received was already fraying at the wrists. I would absolutely rent it again. I wore it to work, believe it or not (even though the style is a bit out-there, it's full coverage enough that I could get away with it, even in my super conservative workplace) and got toooons of compliments, including on how skinny it made me look (XOXO ruching.)

SUPER fun coat
I loved this coat. Wore it to work and then to a restaurant opening. I happened to have gloves in the same color to pair it with -- got tons of compliments. Definitely very warm. Was oversized, but obviously intentionally so. Next time I would get it in small.

Classy, well-constructed blouse
I wore this blouse to work with slim black pants. It fit great and was very flattering. Only downside is that the armholes extend so low down that your bra is visible through them if you lift your arms. I didn't worry about this -- with a dark-colored bra, it wasn't obvious, and this was clearly well-made and professional. Would rent again.

Drapey red top
I liked this top. It had more cleavage than I was expecting -- I'm petite, so this sometimes happens -- and I was vacillating about whether it was work-appropriate, but I did end up wearing it. I later saw another woman in my building wearing it with a camisole beneath, so I guess I wasn't alone in that problem -- but I don't think it looked great that way, and it was the dead of summer, so the last thing I wanted to do was add another layer. Still, I'd rent it again, especially for everyday wear (read: maybe not for the office.)

A-line dress in a cute color
This was a typical A-line dress in a stylish jewel tone. But I'm 5'2 and it didn't fit quite right -- the shoulders were a bit broad, the torso was a bit long, and the armpits were long enough that I was worried you could see my bra when I lifted my arms. I still wore it -- I threw a belt on top to try to conceal that the proportions were a bit off -- so it was fine, but I didn't love the dress. But for someone a couple inches taller than I am I think this would be a five-star pick.

Light, classic summer dress WITH POCKETS
This was a cute, classic gingham dress. Super-flattering shape. I was worried it wouldn't zip up because I'm on the busty side, but it fit perfectly. I wore it to work and got loads of compliments. Plus... IT HAS POCKETS.

Fun casual blazer
So, I originally rented this for work. Figured I could throw it over a black or gray dress and roll out the door. But, when it arrived in July, I discovered I would sweat myself to death if I tried that -- despite the summery linen fabric, it has a VERY HEAVY lining. So, that plan was out. But, it was so cute I couldn't bear to return without wearing, so it hung in my closet for weeks til eventually I threw it on top of shorts and a T for a family brunch. It runs VERY large, and I'm petite, so I had to roll up the sleeves, but all good, it added to the casual look. Deep pockets meant I could skip the purse, which came in handy when I met friends at the bar later and stayed out for hours. Got TONS of compliments, though eventually, I did have to take it off or I was going to expire from heat exhaustion. Would definitely rent it again.

Classic peplum top
This was your typical peplum knit. It is a bit on the cropped side, which made it good for me to wear to work -- at 5'2, more traditional peplums tend to swim over my hips unflatteringly. It was ok -- comfortable and stretchy -- but nothing to write home about. I wore it with high-waisted black crop pants, and a choker-like necklace.

Stay away busty ladies
This was a cute dress in a good shape, but in addition to the zipper in the back, it had concealed buttons all the way down the front from the collar to the waist. Unfortunately, those were a problem -- even though the dress generally fit (I wasn't trying to squeeze into something too small, I promise), the buttons wouldn't stay closed. I couldn't move at all without the buttons popping open. Thankfully this was clear from the beginning when I tried it on at home and not something I discovered later at work!

Lightweight summer dress
This was perfect for a 100-degree plus day in swampy Washington. I vacillated over whether the combo of light cleavage and lowish back were too much for work but ended up wearing it anyway (brought a denim jacket with me, just in case.) It did require a strapless bra, but thankfully, the back was just high enough to cover it fully. The only surprising thing about this dress was that I thought it was black-and-white and then when I got under the fluorescents at work, I discovered it was actually navy!! Good thing I had a spare pair of nude shoes stashed under my desk to change out of the black suede I had originally walked in with...

Fun, classic dress.
Based on the pics, I had thought this was a knee-length dress. When it arrived, I thought it was going to be too long for my 5'2 frame, but with a pair of nude heels, it actually hit me in a good place, a few inches below the knee. It's a fairly lightweight stretch knit, just fine for a casual summer day in the office. But it did stretch out with one wear such that it would need to be laundered again to be worn more than once.

Classic, flattering shape.
This is a thick knit fabric, but not too heavy to wear even in the summer (at least if you're headed to an AC locale eventually.) I was mixed on this dress originally -- the top part is super-flattering and this is usually a good shape for a curvy gal like me, but because I'm only 5'2 I thought the skirt hit me in a weird place and emphasized my muffin top with sort of a drop-waist. BUT apparently I was being paranoid because I got SO many compliments about this dress. Several people urged me to buy it.

Fun, sexy romper
This was a little hard to get on/zipped, but was such a fun, lightweight outfit for a summer party. Might be a bit short if you're on the taller side, though -- I'm only 5'2 and would not have been comfortable if it had been much shorter.

Amazingly flattering fit.
This dress was very difficult to zip up on my own but I am glad I didn't give up. I am a DD cup & this is the only gown I have ever rented where I didn't have to wear pasties or a bra. Very study fabric. It does run on the small side so I sized up. As a result, dress was long - I did have to wear 6-inch platform heels and even then it dragged a bit.

Very flattering fit, perfect for work
I am on the short side so RTR dresses can be hit-or-miss on fit -- this was a great pick, the shape of the sleeves weren't too long and the fitted waist meant it was very flattering.
