Felt exposed
The side of this dress is way too open. The only way to wear it without showing a bra is pairing with a cami, but it cheapens the look

Really long
At 5’7” many of the regular length dresses look short on me, do I decided to rent a long version. It was meant for someone 5’10”! I adjusted the straps as mych as i could, but the dress still dragged on the floor and i had to pick it up very ladylike (thanks Bridgerton!). It was s stunning dress, fabric is deliciously smooth and does not wrinkle! It was ready to wear right off the bag - no ironing or steaming needed! If you are a tall girl, this is the one for you! As a 36C the size 10 was perfect.

Design flaws
This dress has a very nice large printed pattern. However, the pattern “hides” all the construction details this dress has with a cascade of ruffles. Zoom in the photo to see if you notice them. It might actually be good, because the ruffles were poorly executed (not enough gathers). This dress would look better in a solid color with more volume on the ruffles; or dismissing the ruffles completely and let the print shine in its full glory. Fabric was nice and adequate for the garment construction. Dress was fully lined. I should have asked for a size 10, as it was a bit loose for a 36C bra size

Wear a slip
Lively dress and firs true to dize. The lining is very thin snd see through, so plan to wear a slip with it. The contrasting color is navy (not black). I did not like the way it set on the neck. Other than that I felt very pretty wearing it.

There are so many versions of this style out there, but I feel this one is superior. The ruffles are full of fabric and the eyelet embroidery makes it feel the design was very thoughtful.

lightweight and warm

nice and cozy, but hard to match. One might normally want some sleeves with a knit turtleneck. it was hard to wear with a shirt under because of the collar. It looked silly if worn with a long sleeve t-shirt (slevees would feel like PJs) Too warm for short sleeve weather.

the matching of the stripes was beautiful
the fabric would wrinkle quite easily. At the hem, due to the bias cut, the seam would not stay straight because parts of the fabric were more tense than others.

The party i was going to ended up being too casual, so i did not wear the dress. But the fit was so pretty i will certainly rent this again. Oh, and the color is even richer than the photos! Really a show stopper!

This dress is in a such a beautiful uplifting shade of orange. Some parts of the dress are made in the reverse side of the fabric, which give it enough texture variation for it to become interesting. I wore it as a dress and also with white pants. gorgeous both ways.

Perfect fit
This was a hot mess when I unpacked, but after a couple days hanging in the closet the wrinkles were gone and I didn't even have to iron it. The fit was amazing! I do not consider myself short at 5'7", but even for me the pants were too long and required to be worn with heels, which I did with a bold black and white statement pump. Because the design is so plain, attention went to details, like the shoes and accessories. It is a perfect frame for other statement pieces.

cozy and comfy
This was the piece I wore the most from my shipment. We had some cold days and it felt like I was wearing a blanket. It was so soft, cozy and comfy. The details
the traditional fit of a white shirt was challenged by this design. It looked longer on the model than what it fitted on me. The blck buttons and the black thread here and there were the winners for me. I paired it with black dress pants, but also with jeans and it looked good in both. The fit was not impressive, and I caught myself pulling it to the front several times as the collar seemed to weight towards the back.

A little statement trendy item. I did not want to be stuck with the asymmetry trend in my closet, but loved to be able to wear it and send it back. I received compliments every time I wore it, and I work with a though crowd to please. I paired it with multiple items, but the home run was a black leather pencil skirt. I felt confident and beautiful
The color is a neon orange. Pictures don't show it well. When I rented I thought it was some sort of coral shade, between pink and orange, but it turns out it was neon. I was not disapointed, still great color! I joked with some friends that they could miss me, for I was bright as a traffic sign. The cut outs are perfectly placed. They are high enough to skip the love handles and low enough that you can wear a bra, as long as it is not a long one. The length was perfect and very sliming. A back slit preserve mobility. The design runs true to size, or maybe a tad small on the bust. I read other reviews that said this dress was small on the bust but I thought I would be ok, being a B cup.Still I felt somewhat restricted. Dress arrived with a horrible crease right down the middle. This dress is in neoprene (scuba fabric) and it creases like a cardboard. I called the stylist at RTR (Sam, you rock!) and she reommended me to steam the dress (not iron). Worked like a charm and the crease was gone. Sitting or driving with a seat belt did not cause any additional wrinkles. Dress is not very forgiving if you have a tummy. Spanks suggested. On the hanger, lining seems to be longer than the dress, but it all falls into the right place when you wear it. I would absolutelly recommend this dress for a girl not afraid to make a big color statement!
