This dress looked nice on and was easy to dance in - the inside structure of the dress holds it up better than most strapless dresses I've worn. That said, the bust area was HUGE on me but I couldn't size down for my hips. I wore a dark blue blazer over the dress so the gapping at the top wasn't noticeable, and that was a totally fine solution.

For what it's worth, it wasn't apparent to people who saw me how badly this dress fit! I'm normally a 4-6 on top and 6-8 on the bottom. I ordered an 8 and a 10 in this dress and didn't even try the 8 on. I'm a true pear, and the 10 was SNUG on my hips/butt/thighs. This made it tough to dance as much as I like to at wedding receptions. The top, however, was quite loose and the straps way too long (that was fixed easily with pins). Pictures of me in the dress look nice - but if you're hoping to be comfortable, it's probably not the right dress if you've got a body type like mine. Might be good for an hourglass IF you size up 2 full sizes.

I got TONS of compliments wearing this dress to my master's graduation ceremony and the party after. I liked the dress but probably won't rent again. The fit was loose on top (though I'm small chested so that's often expected), and when I looked at pictures later, I didn't like how much the dress accentuated my pear shape. It's really beautifully made, though, and the length worked for a 6'1'' gal!

I wore this dress to a graduation reception and it was a great choice. The print is fun, the colors are bold, and the length was great despite my height (6'1"!). My only complaint is that there was a little bagginess in the chest area, but that was to be expected as I'm an A cup. Would rent again regardless!

I wore this top with high-waisted jeans for casual lunch and drinks with friends. Super cute + a little sexy, but I wouldn't rent again, simply because it doesn't fit well on my small chest and shoulders. There was a lot of gapping in those areas, and I felt like I needed to be checking in regularly that it wasn't falling off. I think an XS would have been too tight on my ribcage.

This dress is super pretty, and the lace on top was more comfortable than expected. I got lots of compliments but wouldn’t rent this dress again. I’m 6’1” and very pear-shaped. My back-up size, a medium, had TONS of extra room in the chest, giving the dress a baggy and unflattering look. So I stuck with the small, despite it being quite short on me in the back. The sleeves weren’t long enough for me but stayed pushed up at a 3/4-length and looked fine. A solid dress but not one I’ll opt for again!

I wore this dress for a day out in Boston with friends. It was super comfortable all day - through lots of eating and walking around the city on a late summer day. I'm very tall, though the dress never felt too short - there were a few times when I thought a gust of wind might lift the skirt, though (this never happened, just a couple close calls). My only fit issue: a lot of extra fabric in the top. This would fit even better on someone with a slightly larger chest. It wasn't a huge problem for me, though I noticed gapping when I leaned forward. Would rent again!

6'1'', 140lb, 34A. I wore this dress to a folk concert, and it was totally appropriate. My date said he noticed many people checking out the beautiful dress. That said, it certainly could have fit better. I'm pear-shaped, and while the loose skirt and well-placed waistline were super flattering, the sleeves felt awkwardly large on my narrow shoulders. The cups are also very small and tight... they squashed my (already small) chest when I tried it braless, though the cups were barely big enough to accommodate my unpadded 34A strapless bra when I added it. I would not rent this dress again, though it was a good rental overall for the event.

This is a great casual dress. I wore the S to dinner with my partner - I'm 6'1'', 140lb, 34A. It was snug but the stretchiness made it very comfortable regardless. My backup size M also fit and would have been appropriate for work, but I wanted the slightly tighter, sexier fit for a date. The length was great on me, though I'm very tall - may be a bit longer than expected on shorter gals.

This dress is beautiful - I got it as a back-up dress for an outdoor wedding but ended up wearing the other dress. I'm 6'l'' and it was totally tea length - might end up awkwardly long on someone much shorter. I had two problems with the dress: first, (as others have mentioned), the straps are incredibly long, and I would have needed to pin them to keep them from sliding off my shoulder. Second, the chest area was too gappy for me (34A), despite being quite tight in the ribcage. It somehow felt better without a bra than with a strapless one, but even then I felt self-conscious about all the extra fabric in the chest.

Really nice, beautiful, breezy floral dress! I'm 6'1'' and the dress hit maybe a half inch below my knees, which isn't ideal - I think it would be a nicer length on someone either a few inches shorter or a few inches taller than me. I'm a 34A and wore this without a bra, which was totally comfortable. The size 2 also fit and would have been totally fine, but I planned to eat a lot of dinner and pie so I chose the 4. :) the tie around the neck looked great, but for someone who doesn't love it, I found it fairly simple to tuck in for a smooth and more cleavage-y look.
