Cute for work. I could have gone down a size in this style but the 12 still worked out. Boxy, shift-dress fit.

This is a pretty blouse for work. I did have to keep checking the front button to avoid it coming open and wore a camisole underneath. The sleeves were just the right length so I wonder if it would be short on a taller person.

This shirt is very tight around the arms and the fabric made it hard to adjust around the arm/shoulder area. Could not wear.

Wonderful blouse
The blouse itself is true to size. It paired well with dark jeans for work. I was unable to wear the black camisole it came with as that was too small. Sleeves are a tad long of you are shorter but they cuffed easily.
