I'm usually between an 8-10. I think I could have worn an 8 in this because the blouse fell a little long on my wrists. Other reviewers said the cami it comes with is tight. I would add that it's sheer. I wore a cami I had with it because I wasn't comfortable with my bra showing through it. Also it has an interesting gap in the sleeve others warned about, but due to the fabric, it can't be rolled and look good. I got compliments and it worked well for my work event. 

Absolutely loved this set, almost bought it and still might. It is a very deep navy. I did wear it with the matching cami it comes with, which is very thin and sheer and has no stretch, but this didn't bother me a bit. I loved how slinky this felt, esp for a button-down, it is the opposite of rigid and fitted and stiff. The colorful stripes are super fun.  Loved it and will rent again if not buy!

It comes with a sheer navy cami but I chose to wear a non-see-through black cami underneath, as many other renters suggested.  Very slowly, comfy, true to size fit.  I wore with bright blue slacks but would also go well with jeans, white jeans/slack.  Great for work or dress down.

Would rent again.

I rented this shirt for work but ended up wearing it on a date night. It comes with a slip which i opted out of wearing but fit me nicely 

Loved this shirt so much that I wore it twice. Super comfortable and worn with black jeans, then with medium wash denim. The possibilities are endless with this top! 

I love that with this top you can wear it in summer even tough it is long sleeve. However the cami it comes with runs very small. I just wore one I had. 

I liked the shirt, it fit well, it's see-through, but came with a little cami to wear underneath. Everything fit like I anticipated and I had fun wearing this shirt for a couple of different events.

Loosely fitting, great fabric. Light and doesn't wrinkle. Wore it to work with slacks on a Friday (quasi-casual day) and also on the weekend for brunch before I returned it. Will rent again probably. 

High quality blouse, wasn't expecting the large slits in the sleeves though. More of a navy than black, and comes with cami yo wear. 

This is not silk- kind of a rough sheer viscose. Don't love the feel of the fabric. Comes with a tank shell that's kind of constricting. 
It's navy with colorful stripes. I think you need to wear it in an edgier downtown way - I felt slightly like I was a v hip suburban mom.  
The sleeves are SOOO long. I'm 5'7" with not short arms. 
This would be great for a long and lean person. Petite gals stay away unless you are great at the oversized funky look! 

Was a little tight on the arms, especially with larger breasts. Easy to button up. There is  a large slit in the forearms which I did not notice went I chose to rent it (see picture). The back of the shirt is longer than the front. Would look better on a thinner woman or an oversized fit, in my opinion.

I really like the top and the colors.  The only strange thing about the top was the cuff openings were quite long, so it would gape a lot showing a lot of forearm, and that meant the button was coming undone often.  It was a little annoying but certainly not a dealbreaker. 

I've been wanting to rent this top for a while and was not disappointed. It's not too sheer and it's made of quality material. The tank top it comes with is the same material as the shirt just darker. Fit well and was also flattering. I loved the colors and wore it with pants and some yellow flats. Compliments at work and at happy hour! 

Great with white jeans. Weird space by sleeves otherwise loved it!

Rented this at 3.5 months pregnant to hide my bump. The included camisole was a little tight around my hips, but the main shirt fit perfectly

Got a 6 and it looked great. Think the sizing runs small. Very nice style

Great top for work with jeans and bright heels. Not too sheer and great with the cami. I'm busty, 32E, and the cami was tight on my chest. Good thing, you could tell with the blouse over it. 

Received lots of compliments on this shirt- wore for work and then glammed up for the evening. 

Liked this a lot. Ran large, shoulder seam fell over shoulder. Sleeves were loose so didn't roll well but looked good down 

Absolutely loved wearing this shirt. I could have fun with my shoe selection and accessories due to the variety of colors on the shirt. It's lightweight and comfortable. Perfect for my long days. 

This shirt looks almost black in the photos but is actually a pretty true navy with brightly colored stripes. I wanted to wear it untucked with jeans so sized up for more drape and it was perfect. Definitely a sheer top- I wore it with a thin tank top underneath.

I thought it was interesting that it came with a sheer camisole to wear underneath. I did not wear the sheer cami because for work I wanted to make sure I was covered up under the sheer blouse. It was cute, oversized, but flattering. The big slits in the arms did not bother me- they didn't really stand out. Runs large 

Love this shirt, it's classy and easy to wear. Comes with an in lay tank top so no issues with the sheerness of the fabric. Also like the detailing of the cutout sleeves. 

Lovey colours and good quality top. Major difference between shirt which runs big (I am 5ft 5) and 170 lbs and the large was swimming vs the Camisole that was tiny and barely covered my bra... ended up having to different vest top. Great fabric for summer. 

Comfortable shirt. Very Sheer but it comes with a cami so once I put that on, I could easily wear it to work. The slits in the arms are very large, and I would suggest going down a size. I enjoyed the shirt very much and would wear it again.

The shirt was perfection - went from day to night easily. The only problem with this was the camisole that came with it - way too small and too short compared to the shirt. it made me fidget. Otherwise - amazing rental.

The blouse itself is true to size. It paired well with dark jeans for work. I was unable to wear the black camisole it came with as that was too small. Sleeves are a tad long of you are shorter but they cuffed easily. 

This was a good switch up (but now so far out of my comfort zone) from my standard neutral wardrobe. I could have sized down one or even two sizes 

I wore the shirt with black skinny jeans and silver sneakers. Blouse is long and covers the butt for me. Cuffs area bit too long for my liking but stilla great item.

Looked great with black jeans and red flats. It came with a black camisole but I wore my own. 

Length covered the rear. Colors are lovely. Comes with navy adjustable camisole. Runs large in the torso. 

under shirt was tight around the chest which was a little awkward, but overall fit great and looked great. top was flowy so you couldn't tell that it was snug.

the sleeves have openings from wrist to elbow I didn't realize that when I rented it, something that is good to know

I also thought it was black -- but it's a dark blue.

I guess it's meant to be oversized, because the cami that came with it fit, but the shirt was huge. The cuffs covered my hands and the shape was overall baggy. Very pretty fabric, but just weird fit.
