Beautiful cut out
No cons to this dress. I didn't think the length would work for me (I'm 5'4") but it was lovely with wedges and I got many compliments. This dress would also work for Spring, Summer or Fall - super flexible.

So beautiful, flowy and expensive looking. Unfortunately this fit like an avante-garde length on me and I couldn't wear it, even with 4" heels. I had dreams of wearing it to a work picnic, but found that I was just too short for it. It happens.

I have rented this twice because it's so flattering, goes with anything and (for me, 5'4") is the perfect length. Love love love the flexibility and may purchase it - seems like it should be a wardrobe staple.

Looked beautiful in the mirror, but didn't wear because I needed to use my arms.
I recommend sizing UP. This dress is fire and appropriate for so many settings, but it runs small to the point where it looked painted on in my standard size 4.

Impeccable fit, perfect for a curvy girl
I am a curvy size 4 and I loved wearing this dress. Slate and Willow is fast becoming one of my favorite brands for their tailoring, prints and fit. This dress was perfect for a work conference with just the right touch of glamor, while still modest and cool. I wore a black cami underneath to avoid any cleavage showing. Will definitely be renting again!

Wish it came in Petite..
Loved the stylish look of this one-piece, though I agree with other reviews that it is confusingly tight around the waist. The length wasn't perfect for me since I am 5'4" - these hit me about 3" above the ankle and I wore them with 3" heels. Overall, these fit perfectly with the type of pieces I own and tend to rent (i.e. all black, I am an architect), but I would recommend for someone who is at least 5'8".

Some clothes just pick you up and make you feel beautiful
This skirt is quality. I wore it to work with a plain white tee and nude flats, with all the focus on the print, and received compliments all day. The fullness of the skirt does not look dowdy. On the contrary, I felt modestly feminine and fashionable while comfortable - which is a hard trifecta to find as a professional woman. I will definitely be renting again. Even at the hugely discounted sale price, this is out of my price range to consider purchasing (although I LOVE wearing it), but understandable as the skirt's fit ans fabric are such high quality.

These pants will make you feel beautiful
These pants are an eccentric choice for work (where I wore them) but boy, did I feel statuesque and special. I paired them with 3" wedges, which the pants totally hid and almost skimmed the ground. The wiiide leg creates a mesmerizing effect when walking and I received compliments all day long. The elastic waist is comfortable and made the fit easier and height adjustable, though I wouldn't recommend these with flat shoes unless you are uber tall. I will absolutely be renting this again, maybe buying, and just wish it was available in more colors. This was a LOVE item. I felt so special and stylish.

Impeccable fit
Rent this dress! I was a little uneasy about renting this because I wasn't sure if the sleeve detail was really my style but I am SO GLAD I did. The fit is very flattering, the pattern is fun and the length was perfect for work (the main reason I have an Unlimited subscription). I paired this with nude flats and got tons of compliments all day. I may consider buying this, but will at least be renting again.

Comfortable and eye-catching
This fit me like a glove (I'm a curvier 130 lbs). I was really pleased with how comfortable this was but expected it to be longer, based on other reviews. This grazed the floor without shoes (the way I like it) so I wore it with ballet flats to work and received many compliments. With heels, the wide leg wouldn't have had the same impact. I also skipped the belt and wore the jumpsuit with a statement necklace. I felt really glamorous at work and would rent this again.
