Loved this dress. The 10 fit perfectly. The dress did have sort of a Windex-y odor (I'm guessing it's from the drycleaning?) but I had read other reviewers had said the same thing, so I was prepared for it. I wore this to a bridal shower so it's not like I was dancing closely with anybody! :) Strangely the size 8 I got as my backup size didn't seem to smell, so I don't know what that was about. Loved this dress, wish I could own it! It's one of those dresses that will work for a lot of events - work events, weddings, parties. Very cute and so flattering!

This was my back up dress so I didn't actually wear it, but I was SO tempted. This is the first time I have rented two dresses and loved them both equally. It was such a hard choice. This dress fit me absolutely perfectly and was so flattering. Wish I could have worn it. I'm definitely going to rent it again for something in the future.

Loved this dress and got compliments. I was wondering if the flowers on the dress were going to be gold or silver because I had seen other reviewers describe them as both. They are really an in between color, and will go with either gold or silver accessories. I wore it with gold accessories and nude/beige shoes. If you are going to have trouble with the fit of this dress it will probably be the top. I found the top to be a little too big around the shoulders, even when I wore the smaller of my two selected sizes. The dress is tighter around the bust but larger in the shoulders. Probably difficult to fit perfectly for a lot of body types. Both the 8 and the 10 fit but the 10 was really too big on top and you could see the edge of my bra through the arm hole. The 8 was still a little gappy and I was going to try to fix it with fashion tape. But I ran out of time trying to get the fashion tape right and ultimately I think it was fine to wear as it was.

This was my free birthday dress rental. I didn't really have firm plans but thought I'd wear it if the opportunity came up. Loved the dress and material, but the fit was just off. Normally I wear a 10/12 in RTR dresses so that was what I rented (plus, a 14 was not available for this dress). The 12 fit me, but it was very tight on the bottom and very big on the top. I am petite and definitely curvier in the hips with small shoulders, but usually the fit difference between the top and bottom isn't this bad for me. I could have made the 12 work with spanx but decided not to bother.

I knew this dress would be short, but I'm only 5'3 so most dresses are much longer than me than on the model. But this dress ended up being too short to be appropriate to wear to the family event that I rented it for. Might have been ok with tights underneath but I rented it in the summer so it just wasn't possible. I also felt like the place where it hit on the thigh made it a little less flattering. Cute dress, just not right for me or this event. Would be better for a girls night out or New Year's Eve type event.

Absolutely love this dress. One of the best I have rented. It was actually rented as my backup, but was much more lovely and fit better than my first choice. The 10 was a perfect fit. I think some other reviewers said the sleeve opening was too tight, but mine was not tight at all. I have smaller narrow shoulders so that might be why. The pleating around the waist is very flattering.

This dress is really beautiful. As others have noted the color is a bit darker green than pictured. It's made of incredibly lightweight silk and was absolutely perfect for the outdoor party I attended (my main concern was that I would be too hot). However, I would definitely recommend getting at least two sizes down from your normal, especially if you are petite. I normally wear an 8/10 (I wore a 10 in the last dress I got from RTR) and the size 6 in this dress was still huge on me. I made it work with a belt and some fashion tape, but definitely could have gone down to a 4 or maybe even a 2. Taller women can probably pull off something closer to their regular size. I still got tons of compliments on the dress. It really is lovely!
