I wore this dress to a black tie charity gala back in April. The dress I originally ordered was not available so this was sent as an alternative. Like all Herve dresses it fit like a glove. It was a beautiful color but it lacked the polish I've come to expect from Herve, especially for this event. The detailing on the hem and sleeves wasn't really my taste and the hook and eye in the halter fit poorly. This dress also runs very short. I wore the XSL, I'm 5'4'' and wore 5'' heels and the dress was almost too short. I've worn other Herve gowns with the long length and needed to use hem tape, that was not the case here. Overall it was a perfectly nice dress, just not exactly what I was looking for this time around.

After panicking because the dress I originally reserved was unavailable, I made an appointment at my local RTR location to try on other options. The color and fit of this gown was superb! Despite my 6'' heels the dress was quite long, but the bandage design of the dress made it easy to use hem tape to address the issue and I didn't have a single issue with it all night long.

Like most Herve Leger dresses this one turned heads! I wore the S, though the XS probably would have been a better fit if I had someone to help me zip it. It is very low cut, but I was still able to wear a bra, my only complaint is that I made the mistake of wearing a thong under it, despite the fact it was seamless the thong was quite apparent. Serious VPL! Word to the wise, watch your choice of undergarments ladies! Overall I loved the dress!

I wore this dress to the Kickoff Gala for the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation and I couldn't have been happier with the decision. The dress was perfect for the event and truly stood out from the crowd. It fit like a glove and wasn't too sexy. I received so many compliments even from the players! It is a heavy sweater like material so it actually worked well for a summer evening, it didn't ride up at all and I never had to worry about a wardrobe malfunction. This is a great dress for a winter date night. I ordered a size 0 with the 2 as a back up size. The dress was fantastic, but I didn't give it 4 stars for 2 specific reasons: 1. The zipper bunches when you stand and I found myself pulling on it every time I got up. 2. While eating dinner I leaned over to say something to my husband and the zipper gave way giving the restaurant a sneak peak at my bright pink bra. I rented this dress for a date night with my fiancé and I really loved it! It was gorgeous without being too tight and too short. I got so many compliments! It does run smaller than I expected. I'm 5'4'', 105lbs and rented an XS, while ultimately it looked great because of the stretch in the fabric, it took me a great deal of effort to get it to zip, I probably should have gone with the S. I recently wore this dress to a wedding and found it generally runs true to size. I rented both a 0 and a 2, and quite frankly it was hard to tell the difference in fit between them. I went with the 2 just to be on the safe side. Overall the dress wasn't as flattering as I had hoped, while the ruching makes your waist look tiny, the way the fabric falls accentuates the hips a little more than I would have liked. One of the sleeves is a bit difficult and couldn't decide if it wanted to be off my shoulder or on it. On the positive side the color is stunning, it's the perfect length for a formal event (not too short, not too long), and it's super comfortable.

I'm 5'4'' and 108lbs and normally a size XS, but in this dress the Small ended up being a better fit. The dress is stunning, I wore it to a red carpet event for a work-related conference and I got a ton of compliments all evening. My only word of warning, the neck line and cut of the dress is much more revealing than the model makes it seem. I am a 32C and I was busting out of this dress, if you are chesty this is not the dress for you.
