It was a great party, and I didn't have to worry about how the dress looked at all.
Admittedly, this is a very form-fitting dress, so it definitely helps to have a friend (or parent) to help zip the side zipper. I got tons of compliments on it, and it was very comfortable. I was nervous about wearing a full length gown since I'm on the short side, but the length was fine with normal heels, and it didn't slip or slide in any awkward ways.

This dress made me feel totally stylish and confident.
This isn't a style for anyone who doesn't want to show-off some curves, but if you do, I highly recommend it. This style is basically like an LBD with a fun twist thanks to the print. If you wear this, you won't have any secrets, but a lot of people will want to get to know you.

Tons of Compliments
This is a really cute jumper and I got tons of compliments on it. The back makes undergarments a challenge and it's snug (or I'm getting chubby.) If you're doing a regular rental, try to snag a larger back-up size just in case.

Perfect for an outdoor wedding on a hot day
This dress was perfect for the Chicago summer heat. The wedding I attended was more casual than a lot of others I've been to, so this might not work for everyone for this occasion. It strikes a nice balance between being flattering, elegant, and comfortable.

Sexy jacket, but very tight.
This jacket is kind of hard to wear open because the belt is left kind of flopping around, but if you zip it up, it fits tight across the bust. So, for the bustier ladies among us, or if you like to wear something bulkier than a tank top underneath, size up a little. It's a beautiful color. In the picture, it looks brown, but it's kind of a plummy/brown color in-person.

Fun pattern with sexy details.
This is an awesome, sexy long sweater dress. It's a little tricky finding the right weather to wear it in because it doesn't feel right to wear it with tights, but it has side slits that go up to the knee on both sides. I probably would prefer a back slit, but the designer didn't consult me beforehand, so we're going with it. One terrific thing about this dress is it's pretty much a complete outfit right off the hanger. The print is so bold, you can just throw on some plain flats with it and head out the door.

This is a really fun dress. You may want to think twice about wearing it to an event where you will spend a lot of time sitting down because the tulle is kind of scratchy and the skirt is very short. It has a cute retro/ballerina vibe between the lace and the tulle. It's a great combination of trends and I'm really glad that I got the chance to wear it.

A normal day with a bit of extra style.
I love the color and it's a lovely top. I got a lot of compliments on it. My only complaint is the fit is a bit strange. It's fitted at the waist, but very loose on top, and it has a low neckline, so I spent a lot of my day wondering if my bra was going to make an appearance.

The romper was cute and chic, but felt like wearing pajamas. It was awesome!
The hooks and eyes on the front can be a little tricky which is kind of a bummer since it's a romper, so you have to undo them to take care of, um, business during parties. The fabric is nice and light, but still has nice details thanks to the embroidery. This is a good piece if you want to look pulled together, stay cool, and don't want to have to be bothered with coordinating a bunch of stuff.

Adds a nice bit of glamor, but doesn't hold much.
This is a really cute clutch, but it doesn't even have room for my tiny Kate Spade wallet inside. I had to keep things minimal: ID, credit card, phone, sunglasses. Those barely fit in there. Also, for the absent-minded like me, this wouldn't be my first choice of an evening bag---I prefer at least a wristlet because if something has my ID in it (or anything else important) I really need it to be tethered to me somehow. I spent a lot of the evening worrying I'd forget this on the table.

Nice dinner out, and this was a great dress for a warm summer evening.
This dress is a nice combination of being body-conscious combined with just enough ruffles for fun and movement. Word to the wise: it's extremely short, so don't plan on picking up quarters off the sidewalk while you're wearing it. I love the color and details though. It's such a cute dress!

A little racy for the Chamber meeting, but too amazing to skip.
I thought this dress was going to be longer, so when I got it, I wondered if it was going to be de trop for the networking event. I ended up getting a lot of compliments from the lady at the jewelry store where the event was held and it was very comfortable on a summer day. It has boning in some kind of strange places, but seems to work.

Beautiful and chic.
This isn't a top for anyone who has body issues about looking like you're "expecting" because it has an empire cut with pleats. It also tends to flutter up a lot, but the good news is, it's lined, so you're not as exposed as you think. When you wear it, just stay calm and have faith that everything will stay where it belongs.

I felt very confident. It's a great dress if you want to look badass for an evening.
It's very tight and has a long zipper in the back so if you usually wear a padded bra with low-cut dresses, you may want to go for something lighter--this dress squeezes everything tight as is. Also, have a friend handy to help you zip up. My husband, naturally, disappeared right when I needed him so I had to do some contortionist work to get it zipped. May want to get the next size up as a back-up just in case. I think it's just a body conscious dress and is going to feel tighter than most things initially.
