Beautiful classic dress, annoying to zip
Honestly the 6 probably would have fit better (I'm between a 4 and a 6), but the effort to get the 4 zipped (it had enough slack to zip, just got stuck at the fabric transition as many people mentioned) was enough for me and I didn't feel like changing after that. The tulle added nice shape without being too much, and the lace was beautiful.

Rich fabric, flattering cut
The fabric has a rich sheen to it that makes it appropriate for formal settings. The straps were slightly too long, but not bothersome, and I was able to dance all night. I can imagine the cups easily being too big/small for someone, but I was lucky that the 6 fit perfectly without gaps or overflow. The waist is very well defined and flattering. The skirt is fully than I was expecting, especially in the back, with even a little tulle section, but it looked great.

I wouldn't have rented it if I hadn't had a coupon, but it was fine. A bit heavy and there's some discoloration under the links, but it can add something to the right outfit.

Beautiful elegant dress
I was a bit bummed that the drawstring shown in the picture wasn't attached to the dress, so there's just an empty hole with nothing to go there. There were a few thread pulls but I could cut the worst of it with thread scissors. The sequins seem to be sewn very well and make a delightful rustle sound as you walk. Beautiful dress!

GREAT bag!
It has a detachable gold chain and is larger than you expect, without being bulky. I could fit a thin pair of flats in it for later! Great bag!

I ended up not wearing this because it was too large and unflattering. My measurements are about 37-28-40. I ordered the six with an eight back up size, and the six was awkwardly loose around my waist. The panels at the stomach also added some additional bulk so I felt the whole thing made me look like I could be 4 months pregnant (on a related note, I do think this could fit a small pregnant woman well the way the belly is structured). The fabric is beautiful and I really wanted to like it... the fit was just off.

This made me feel like I fit in at a fancy New York Gala event!
My measurements are about 37-28-40. I would have gotten a size 8 but it didn't exist. The 6 fit my waist perfectly, slightly scrunched in the bust but not terrible, and the hips don't much matter since it flares out so much. You can wear a normal bra, just making sure the straps are far enough apart in the back to not peak out. The bottom of the skirt is absolutely adorble, and has extra fabric to make it flip out a small amount. The fabric is rich and heavy and made me feel elegant. Loved it!
