First tip - if your event is on a holiday weekend, book your rental dress NOW. I needed something to wear for a formal wedding over Memorial Day weekend and started looking for a dress less than a month beforehand. By that time most of the formal gowns here on RTR were snapped up, and the ones that remained were mostly drab and boring. So I was glad to find this one! It was a little tight on me and I needed help getting it zipped up, but it was comfortable enough that it didn't bother me. This dress is also really long, I'm 5'6" and the skirt reached the floor. I was afraid I'd trip on the length of this dress if I wore heels so I stuck with flats instead, which were invisible under the skirt. I received many compliments on the dress and enjoyed twirling around in it.

I loved this dress! I wore it for a Valentine's Day date with my boyfriend. Rented this in my normal size and it fit perfectly. It was easy to get on and nice that you can wear it with a normal black bra. I wore this to work with a cardigan over it (buttoned all the way up... because this dress is lowwww cut, people!). Very easy transition from day to night. The dress looks darker in real life than it does in RTR's pictures. It almost looked black with a red iridescence. But that was nice for me as I'm not really a fan of wearing red. This little number will take you direct to Cleavage Town, so you may want to consider wearing a camisole underneath if you're going to a more modest affair.

I wore this for my birthday, and my best friend kept telling me I looked like a princess. This dress is so great. It's of a satin-y material that's heavy enough where you don't have to worry about bra bumps or underwear lines showing. The pattern is even prettier and more intricate in real life. It easily goes from day to night with a cardigan or blazer. The only thing was I had to wear a size up from my usual, so definitely get a larger back-up size. If it didn't run small this dress would easily be 5 stars!

This dress is amazing! It was an easy fit, form-fitting but stretchy, so I didn't need to use the backup size. The color is a plummy purple. I wore it with a strapless bra. It was perfect for a black tie optional wedding, and would be perfect for any other formal affair. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because the straps were loose, but this was easily fixed with a safety pin.
