I had both the small and medium. They both fit and looked good but I had a bit more room in the medium (normally a 4 to 6). You can wear bra cups or a regular bra with clear straps. It is short but covers the butt. I wore it with very sheer black nylons (need sheer to waist for when you sit down). Very flattering and I got lots of compliments.

I'm a regular Theory wearer in a size 4 in the jackets. To say that it runs small doesn't really articulate the fit issues. It has an exaggerated hour glass cut that gave the impression of a peplum when buttoned. There was no way to button it to make is flattering. Even as a size up, I don't think it would work. The fabric is lovely and the colors in the photo are true to the actual item.

The fabric is neo-prene which came as a surprise. If it was summer or hot weather, this dress would be too hot. It's stretchy, flattering and looked great with my cropped jackets. The Medium fit well even though normally I would take a SMALL.

This dress has a snug fit and was also comfortable and flattering. As you can see from the photo, the neck line plunges but with the netting, it isn't uncomfortable for a date with a long time partner. For a first date or an office party, this would be too much. You can wear it with a bra or just the cups that stick. It makes a great statement and stands out from the usual red or black dress.

Good color of red, very true red. Comfortable fabric. I wore it but it was way too big so hard to judge how cute it is. I would rent it again in a size 4.

This dress has a lovely, warm, cozy feel to the fabric. It is not a true wrap dress which makes it easier to wear. I wore a tank under it because it would otherwise just gap too much. This worked well with a white and a black tank. It is long. If I were to buy it I would need to shorten it about 3". But I wore it with black tights and that made it work. Highly recommend for work or everyday.

Easily runs a size too big. This caused the V neck to be much lower than it looks in the photo and not wearable. Fabric and design are cute. The color is a little more rose than true red. I'll try again in a 4.

The fabric is soft and feels good on the skin and is comfortable. However, it's clingy. This might be due to winter and the dryness but it made wearing it always need rearranging. Works fine for every day.

This shows a lot of skin but amazingly the front was modest. The 'ribbon' closure did not hang open and fit very well. Perhaps if one had more chest that wouldn't be the case. We were on vacation with friends but I wouldn't wear it to a work event. Great for casual dinner/weekend in warm weather. The colors are lovely and it's comfortable because it's a princess waistline.

This dress is flattering and I got many compliments. However, its impossible to get on without someone helping you. There is a slip on the inside so that you can wear no bra. I used the bra cups and they worked very well. You will need fashion tape. The lace at the neckline is very pretty but doesn't lay right without the tape. This photo looks more revealing than it felt like to wear it. I'm usually conservative about cleavage but this felt comfortable. I'm 5'4" and this was just at floor length with heels. I would recommend it with the caveats mentioned.

I'm 5'4". I needed 3 " heels to walk without really dragging the hem. I definitely needed to pin the top together and wished I'd had tape so the pin would look a little more professional. Depending on your comfort level and bust size, you could get by with just tape. Beautiful skirt!

This dress has just enough stretch to be fitted and very comfortable. I'm 5'4" and wore 2.75" tall heels--this didn't drag. I wore bra cups but would probably be good with a regular bra. It looks conservative but is very flattering.

The fit was true. You can wear this braless, nubra ot nipple covers. I took a side photo so you can see a regular bra won't work. I wore Nubra. The fabric is substantial so I didn't need to wear spanz, just a thong. The fit in the hips is slim but not too tight. I wore 3 inch heels and the length was just right.

This is described as very form fitting and it is. If this is not the event to be in something that shows your curves, wear it for one that is. It is well constructed and the top is lined. I tried it first in the 4 ,which not have been wearable. The 6 was a fit but I am short-waisted for the style so I needed to wear shape wear, without it, it tended to fold in at the waist. (I did try control top nylons first.) It was described as having a low neck line but it was very modest.

These are very big with the emerald stone bigger than my thumb. They are clip on and very heavy. I didn't wear them because they were too uncomfortable. They look amazing.

This was a back up dress for an event. I thought that it was too long to have much pop, It is very comfortable and looks like the photo, just not dressy enough for where I was going.

I wear a 2 in St. John, a 4 in Armani and I thought the 38 would work but I needed the 40. The fabric has this amazing shiny thread. There is a coordinating slip with it that is perfect. I wore a short, very light weight spanx under it. I work out and I'm pretty firm and it was very flattering. I wore this to a business dinner where I won an award.
