I did not want to take this dress off! It was very comfortable, and I got lots of compliments. The low back was especially sexy and fun! I wore a regular strapless bra and it worked just fine (I just pushed the clasp down my back as far as I could). I am 5'4", and the petite was the perfect length with my short heels. Loved this dress!!!

The original dress I ordered wasn't available, so I had to pick this replacement quickly. I was very happy with it. I ordered the 2P because the last time I ordered a gown I ordered the Regular and I was stepping on it during the whole party. This was the perfect length, and I wore two inch heels. It was a bit snug in places, but that is they way it is supposed to fit, because it looked right and wasn't uncomfortable. The material is heavy and stretchy so very comfortable and gives warmth at a winter party. The slit lets you show some leg, which gave this simple dress a little splash of sexy!

I did not have the best experience with this dress, but that was more my fault than the dress's. First of all, not the best dress for a party where you are dancing a lot. It is heavy, and it was long for me - I am 5'4", I ordered the 2R, and I wore 2 inch heels. Higher heels probably would have solved the problem, but I didn't have any so I resorted to hem tape. It was my first time trying the tape, and it was a terrible idea. I was still tripping on the dress while dancing, and even worse, the tape was getting stuck to my heels so I had to keep pulling it off. Embarrassing and uncomfortable. I don't think I will be renting floor length dresses anymore! Or maybe I will if there is a petite size. As for a bra - I tried the dress on with a strapless bra and it was pretty well hidden, but I decided to buy the strapless, backless "bra", which are actually adhesive cups. They worked, although I kept wanting to adjust them all night. If you have a perky busom you will be fine with nothing, but mine is drooping due to nursing three kids. To end on a positive note, it is a beautiful and comfortable dress, the black and navy contrast is interesting.

I LOVE this dress! The color is different and beautiful, the sparkle is so fun. The only con is it was a bit long for me (I'm 5'4"), I kept stepping on it while I danced. Higher heels probably would have done the trick. I felt so glamorous! Highly recommend!!
