Room in chest and tummy, extra tight at bra line
I think my dress was altered by someone. The chest and tummy areas were perfectly fine fit wise, but right under the breast area (where an underwire would go) it had to have been two sizes smaller than it was labeled as. BM dresses are usually VERY accommodating and fit well, so I’m unsure what happened here but I couldn’t wear it.

Tight in the shoulders and bust
The fabric of the dress is gorgeous but has ZERO stretch. If you have anything larger than a C cup or if you have broad shoulders, you'll likely need to size up. I was so disappointed because the dress fit everywhere BUT my bust area. I was almost afraid I would need to be cut out of it smh

This is a shiny silver- not like Christmas tinsel wrapped around you shiny, but it's not the frosty silver you get in photos. I thought it was beautiful, and I got compliments all night! Wore this to a sorority anniversary dinner where the theme was "emeralds and diamonds". A few notes: this dress did run slightly large. This was great because I could eat and not be totally self conscious, but if you don't have big boobs, I could see the top part being too loose for you. The dress has a split in the back, and my dress arrived with the split ripped a little (please don't blame that on me RTR!!) but if you get one where it's not ripped you should be fine.

I felt like a boss!
I wore this for a major fundraiser I was hosting at work. I was stopped every few minutes to compliment me or ask where I got the dress from. I normally wear clothes ranging from 16-20, and the 18w was a great fit: I wore spanx but I really didn't need them. Only issue was the collard would bunch up if I moved my arms up or out, which would be expected, so I found a way to be clever and adjust them on my own. If I ever need to rent a red dress again, this would be my top choice.

I felt like a celebrity, everyone complimented me on my dress!
I wore this to the final, all white banquet of my sorority conference. There were 23,000+ women there in all white, and I didn't see anyone with my dress on! I was worried the dress would be warm with the cape (Atlanta in July is NOT cool) but the cape was actually more like two super long flaps that allowed air to flow around and underneath you, providing a cooling effect. I ordered the 18W and 16W (I'm a size 18) and went with the 18W because although it was a little loose, I didn't have to wear shapewear I like did with the 16W. Plus it was easier to get on over my makeup-full face than the 16W.

Dressy, well made, and actually slightly large in a good way!
The fabric was beautfiul! From the picture it looks like a gold show would look nice with it, but in reality there are very faint silvery threads running through- maybe you won't be OCD like me but I did have to go out and find silver shoes the day of my event. Although I picked 18W in the size the dress itself just had 18 in it, and it fit perfectly almost everywhere- it was a little big in the bust/underam area. Also, the shoulder fabric was VERY overpowering. I mean, it was cute, but it changed my accessory game up. I personally wore one of those cuff earring sets with one big earring an done small and wore the smaller earring on the "fabric shoulder" ear. I got a TON of compliments in this dress and it photographs well (my hair didn't survive the rain storn that was happening so I'm embarrased to post a pic). Spanx weren't necessary as the dress smothed out a lot of my lumps and bumps. Would rent again (or buy if RTR puts it on sale any time soon!)

Get prepared to feel semi famous
I'm a solid 18, but went with the 20 because I wanted a little more tummy room (you know, so I could eat lol) which made it a little loose in the bust area (I'm a 42D) but a safety pin fixed that. Fabric no scratchier than any other sequin dress. Got a TON of compliments and felt super glamorous. Paired it with patent leather black gladiator booties (they were cute and dressy) with my hair waved up, a nude lip and bold eyelashes (not lamp chop ones tho). Dress was very comfortable but you have to be comfy with tons of cleavage and a certain amount of side boob if you're gonna wear it.
