I really love this dress. I especially love how it looked in photographs. It almost appeared metallic. The fit was perfect.

This is a beautiful classic dress made from a gorgeous textured jacquard silk in a bright lemony yellow. 
This dress is comfortable, has pockets, doesn't show wrinkles. I added the vintage brooches and a tiny handbag .

I wore this dress to a wedding industry event and received so many wonderful compliments.

I ordered this at the last minute for a Friday evening wedding at a gorgeous outdoor garden. It's such a lovely dress! The 12 fits so well that I wore that instead of the 14 I'd planned on. I could even wear a regular bra with this and it has POCKETS!!! It's so lovely and comfortable! 

I love a dress that doesn’t require Spanx, and I can wear a regular bra. This sunshine cutie was perfect for a day at the office with white sneakers. But you could wear for a party with heals.

Ordered this as a potential graduation dress in May. It is STUNNING! The fabric is light, the length is both size and age appropriate, and (as we all love) it has pockets. I am so happy with dress that I already ordered it for my ceremony! 

So gorgeous and well fitted. I usually wear 18 but went up because there was no stretch and I wanted to be comfortable. I was comfortable and still looked cute!

I didn't end of wearing this dress, however I really did like it.  Very easy and simple to wear.  I only didn't because I wore one of my other options.  Pockets and regular bra are a definite plus. Im 5'5" 148-150lbs. Mostly wear a size 8.

The fit was a nice a-line and gives you a waist. It has pockets for your wallet or phone as well! I appreciated that you couldn’t even tell there were items in them and it made for a nice evening out in Chicago. I got numerous compliments on the color as well. My only critique would be that the arm holes were a bit snug. I have stronger arms and that was the only area that I wish was different. I’m 5 foot so the dress fell just below my knees. With heels it didn’t look too long. 

This was a very comfortable dress for an outdoor wedding and had pockets! The arms were a bit big/weird shape, but overall was a great dress!

The fit was perfect. A very comfortable dress to wear to a special occasion dinner at a fancy restaurant. Would recommend. 

I rented this for a wedding with a "dress colorfully" dress code. This dress is fully lined and the material is high quality. It's very flattering. I wore size 10 but could have worn 8 if it was available. I added a belt to cinch in the waist. Would definitely rent it again.

This was comfortable and very elegant. I wore this to a rehearsal dinner and got compliments all night. You could wear a regular bra and the pockets were such a plus. I typically can't wear yellow but this worked with a little extra makeup.  

I rented this dress for my 40th birthday trip in Disney World. We had princess makeovers and this dress was the perfect addition to helping me become Belle! The fit of the dress complimented the shape of my body. I received lots of compliments while wearing this dress

After a stylist sizing snafu with my original dress, the customer service team came to the rescue with this stunner.  The dress fit perfectly & the vibrant colors and pattern meant all I needed were earrings. I do recommend a strapless bra, though, as a regular bra would have shown on the sides & top. Even thought there is a snap to put a bra strap, it will not accommodate a wider strap. Could not have been more pleased with my first RTR experience!

I'm 5'4", 119lbs, 32A and wore the 0. Sometimes I wear a 2 if it's tight through the butt and hips, but this was good in the 0. The pockets were great, dress is bright and cheerful but not crazy -I was going was going for ladylike at a traditional venue. Would rent again for  a similar event.  Wore with nude heels, white pearl earrings and bracelet. 

Overall I really liked this dress. The fit is very true to size. I needed a dress last minute so ran into the Chicago store and found this dress. The color is beautiful and vibrant as is the detail on the dress.  I wore a 6 because that is all they had in the store, and it fit well enough. It was definitely big on me, I would have easily fit into a 4. The pockets are great and between the amount of material in the skirt and the pleats you can't tell if you have things in your pockets. 

This dress was beautiful; the fit is great, and the color is really fun.  Works with a regular bra, and is a good length- not too short.  
I had rented the dress for a casual daytime event, though, and felt the fabric made it too dressy.  It would be perfect for a wedding or other more formal event! 

So I tried this on at Rent the Runway in Chicago and I LOVED it! .......so much that I had to rent it! I never wear yellow, since I'm usually pretty pale and it washes my skin tone out, but I loved the color on this dress! The pattern is so cute too, and this dress is nice and snug without being too restricting! 

Beautiful dress. The color pops and the jacquard is lovely. This dress also has pockets so that's a plus. Dress do run small. Would recommend sizing up for for first size and up further for your backup. This dress has NO stretch.

I got a bunch of complements on this dress today! The color is bold and the style is classic. It was a little long for me, but it ended up looking good with heels. I'd recommend wearing a strapless bra...I kept having to push my bra straps in throughout the day 

Perfect for day time wedding and nighttime reception.  Comfortable. Classic. And. #Pockets.  Shoulder straps have little tabs to keep bra straps in place.  I ended up wearing the smaller back up size 6.  I think I could've worn a 4 ? But the 6 was great ! I received many compliments -I think it was the dress plus the RTR / kate space necklace duo ! 

I wore this dress for a work event, and the cut was so flattering. The yellow stands out in a sea of gray and black suits, but the cut is classic and formal. This dress has pockets!!! One issue I had was that jewelry and other things kept getting caught on the dress. I could see over time that the fabric would lose its quality. Great dress though, and I may buy it! 

Carmen Marc Valvo designs a great dress for professional settings.  The bright yellow is an awesome, vivid color but the fabric looks shinier on camera.  The fabric texture gives the dress interesting dimension.  The dress fits true to size but be careful if you're big chested b/c it's slightly tight in the chest and shoulders.

I wore this dress for my birthday weekend and attended a Kentucky Derby party. The dress fit great and I received a ton of compliments. I would absolutely rent again. 

This dress was perfect for a wedding. Narrow part hit at the true waist which gave your figure a great shape. It was long enough to not be nervous chasing my 4-year old around but not too long to look frumpy. I got a million compliments!

Fit perfectly. Was brand new, with tags to prove it!  I am a high school teacher who had 20 students competing in a Junior League fashion challenge, and I needed a look of which the kids could be proud. Tons of compliments. And the pockets!  

In the end I'm not convinced it was the right color for me, but really liked it overall. I also got the size 4, but it was a bit too big. The 2 was a better fit.

I never wear yellow so I thought this was a fun color to switch up my usual blue. The dress was flattering, but shockingly a little big up top and I am not small in the chest. I would possibly size down for your 2nd size.

Beautiful fabric, felt too big until I added this belt which made is FAB!  Planning to dress down even more for a casual work look.  Definitely has the appearance of 'clumpy' but I'm tall, so not as much on me.  

This dress is much more beautiful and formal looking in person than the pictures tell you. The color has green undertones.
The fit on this dress was quite tight though the bust and upper ribcage for me. The 14 fit, but I went with the 16 to try to get a better bust fit.
It was also shorter than expected. I am 5'9", and it was about 3-4" above the knee. 

Overall I liked this dress, I wore it to a friend's wedding rehearsal. It worked great with a cardigan and jewelry I already had. It was a little shorter than what I usually wear and it definitely rode up a lot when I sat down so I didn't love that. The liner was also a little on the small side, the dress I ended up staying was two sizes larger than what I usually wear, but I'm also very pear shaped and this was a relatively straight silhouette. Other than that, I'd rent it again!

Great for a summer wedding. I was happy that the seam at the waist wasn't too tight, like many other dresses I've rented (and had to go up in size because of). Material was thick enough but at the same time not too hot, which was great for the outdoor wedding I wore it to.

This is a very pretty and flattering dress, especially if you have fuller hips. I wore this dress a a bridal shower host and received lots of compliments. I'm 4'11" and I was satisfied with the length (I don't like short dresses), but it was a little bigger in the underarm opening. Not too noticeable! 

Loved the color and style! Like others have said, it does run a bit large in size around the waist. I rented after trying on in the store and they only had the 4 which ended up working fine.  I found the waistband and chest to fit quite well, but the cut/fit around the shoulders was a bit uncomfortable and I imagine this would be true for others with athletic shoulders as well.

I chose this as a back-up dress and was unsure how the length would look on me and whether it would be appropriately formal for this wedding. I was very pleasantly surprised by the fit of the dress- the skirt was not too short (hit just above the knee) and the high neckline nicely balanced the shorter skirt length. The slight flare of the skirt combined with the fitted bodice was slimming. And best of all, the fabric had some formality, but was not overly hot throughout the outdoor daytime ceremony and dancing into the night. I did go one size down from my normal size and was very pleased with the fit.

The color of this dress does not disappoint! I ended up wearing the smaller of the two dresses even though it was a little tight near the band of the dress. The larger side was too big on top. Just know that this dress has no stretch but it is beautiful! Received several compliments and would rent again.  

I rented this dress reluctantly at the last minuet for my masters degree ceremony. It was a great color and for, a little heavy for the warmer months! 

It hid my belly which was nice and did not squish my boobs down like some do in this fit.

It's good to remember that when wearing designer dresses, the sizing is often more generous than department stores. I rented a 10, and at the suggestion of the website to order the alternate size one size up, I also got a 12. I really actually needed an 8. With some safety pins at the top of the dress and a belt around the waist, I made the dress work. It has pockets, so well worth the effort!
