Color is a showstopper
I read it in every review and STILL didn't expect it to be as short as it is. So beautiful though but I couldn't get a pair of pants high waisted enough to prevent me from worrying about showing my midriff so I had to pass. Would recommend it though as it is SO GORGEOUS!

I love this and have rented it twice. I listed that it runs small because it is short waisted and a little short. I am 5'11" so I had to pair it with flats. Didn't have a long option. The material moves beautifully and will rent it again.

Originally rented this because I didn't need a dress and though a purse with a pop of color would be fun. I kept off returning it because I used it constantly. Roomy, one zipper inside and the color is fabulous. Finally decided if I used it that much I needed to own it! My first RTR purchase.

Compliments galore!
Form fitting, runs a little small but that is typical of my experience with Black Halo. Gorgeous color, simple lines, had a big "wow" factor all night long. Will rent again ... may go up a size just to be safe.

Waist Band it too high
I love this brand however this one was a miss. The waist band is (as noted in other reviews) two inches too high. It just feels "off" in placement though the top is comfortable. Could be good if you have a little bit of a belly you want to hide however for me it was a no go.

I always order one size up in Black Halo so ordered a 12 and it fit beautifully. It came up a little high on my leg for my comfort (age wise) but really a lovely dress as long as you are comfortable with showing a little thigh.

I wear a 10 in a dress but should have ordered a 12 in this. I thought I ordered a 10 L but got a 10R so I really missed the mark. The pantsuit though is gorgeous. I just can't wear it because of size. Might order it again in a larger size and I love the cut and color.
