I would have never thought a petit would look good on me but it did. I also sized up so I could be comfortable and dance in it..

I would say this dress runs just a little large. I have been in between a 10 and a 12 and this 10 was VERY comfortable. I’m 5 feet 8 inches tall and with 3 inch heels the hem fell right above my toes. I felt great wearing this dress! 

This dress was perfect! I possibly could have worn a 6, but the 8 was comfy. The length was a bit long, but I wore 2” heels, so if you wear higher it would be fine. (I’m 5’ 1”) LOVE LOVE LOVE

Perfect for black-tie-optional wedding. Could even be perfect for black tie. The color was stunning especially for the summer. It fit me true to size. I will say, wearing shape wear under is almost necessary because of the material but that does not bother me. 

Gorgeous color, fantastic body fit… I ordered the 8L and seems like it was either mislabeled or someone hemmed it :(
For reference, I’m 5’10 - the majority of dresses I can wear with flats are 52” from the armpit. This one was 49”. I was hoping to wear this L one with heels but ended up not being able to wear at all, sadly.
Customer service was great, per usual… hope this one is relabeled as Regular or even Short

Wore this to a charity gala. The 10 and 12 both fit well, but I wound up wearing the 12 since the 10 was a little short with a low heel (I’m 5’5”). I’d say true to size maybe even runs on the larger side. Would rent again!

Fit perfectly- even length with about 3-3.5 inch heels. I received so many compliments and felt beautiful. Bonus- I was able to wear a strapless bra and it didn’t show.

Both sizes fit similar so I went w/the larger size for comfort.  I received so many compliments and it was so comfortable.  First time using RTR and will for sure do it again!! Such an easy process.  And such a great way to wear a dress that is so unique but not be committed to owning it and overpaying.  

This dress was gorgeous! It was well made, a beautiful color, fit amazing and was heavier but comfortable.  I got so many compliments and will definitely rent this again! 

Wore for a formal wedding in Savannah GA

This was a replacement selection after my original choices didn’t fit. Normally I wouldn’t choose pink, but selection was limited at the last minute - I ended up loving this dress!  It fit perfectly and the length was just right with 3 inch heels.  

The color pops! And the material is comfortable and forgiving. My one complaint is that I ordered the Tall and it was not very long. It felt pretty short to me. But I am also 6’2”!

Compliments throughout the day with my gown. It fit perfect just took time forming to my body. The gown color is gorgeous and it feels amazing. I succeed getting the dress to zip all by myself.

Wore this for a night wedding and I am so glad I did. It was formal but very comfortable. True to size. I didn't love how it looked around my waist but its because of my body shape (I'm kind of square) but overall it came together well!!

This dress is simple, yet elegant. The color stands out, and it's a comfortable and flattering fit. I wore a regular length, and felt that the height of the dress was just right for two inch heels. Highly recommend!

There are no words for how much I loved this gown. The pictures don't do it justice  honestly! I wore this for a summer Heart Ball and the color was a standout at the event. Got a ton of Looks and compliments on how amazing this dress was. 20 L gave me a little more room and was more comfortable than the 18 which is my true to size. I wanted to wear this gown all night long because of how it made me feel. Beautiful and I would definitely rent again. I fell in love with this gown.

At first I thought the dress was too short in the front, but it ended up being perfect! I'm 5'8" and wore a kitten heel with the dress. Loved the shape of the dress. It was so elegant and perfect for the event!

Discount just didn't quite fit right for me. The top shoulder and bust area was too big, and the stomach was too tight and unflattering. It was a cute dress though and would've been comfortable to wear all night if it would've been cut just a little bit different.

I rented this to wear to a black tie optional wedding and it was perfect. The color is amazing! I'm 5'6" and was wearing 3-inch heels for length reference. I have a large bust but this dress didn't feel too across the chest. I really loved wearing this!

I would rent this dress again it was so pretty and comfortable. I got lots of compliments and felt covered and comfortable all night. 

This was a backup dress for me. But it was so pretty that my daughter ended up wearing it. Dress label is actually size OR (not petite), so we did use hem tape. My daughter is about 5ft 3 in. Back  of dress is a little longer with a slight train. Top detail and color are gorgeous. 

Gorgeous color! It's an even more vibrant shade of magenta in person. Flattering fit but roomy--definitely could have gone a size down for a more form-fitting look. Really easy and comfortable. If you're taller you may want to go with the longer length. I'm 5'5 and wore heels that are probably 2-2.5 inches, and that was perfect, but if the heels were any higher it might not have worked. Would love to wear this dress again!! 


Brilliant color! I am 6', so it was a hit short with wedges. 

Never have I received so many compliments on a dress! 4 months PP so not my normal size but this dress made me feel beautiful. Wore small wedges and they were perfect - I am 5'8"

I had to size down to a size 6...even then was still a bit loose on top. Thick material which hides a lot. Regular length was perfect probably could have worn the long as well with my heels.

Absolutely loved this dress!! Mine ran a bit big but I loved that because it made it more comfortable, and I could create a tighter look by hands on hips! Wore this to a color accepted black tie event and received so many compliments!! This was probably the most comfortable formal dress I've ever worn! Rent this!

I am in between a 14 and 16 so this dress was slightly loose in the waist and bust but I run a little wider in the hips. This didn't snug my hips like most dresses do so I was super happy about that

If you are 5'8" or above you will need the long. Otherwise true to size and stunning!

I wore this beautiful, fuchsia gown for a black tie wedding and felt glamourous, comfortable, and fashionable all night! I am definitely on the curvy side, so it was important for me to find a gown that accentuated my shape while not showing every single crease and line... while also being comfortable. This dress was all of that and more! I loved the pop of color in a sea of what felt like more muted colors at this particular event and felt it made me stand out. I loved my first RTR experience and would absolutely do it again!

This dress is beautiful!  I got stopped by so many girls asking where I got it. It's a gorgeous berry color, perfect for a winter formal event. The ruffled sleeve added a fun element to an overall sleek and elegant gown. The dress felt very well made and was comfortable and easy to dance in all night. If you're on the taller side and like wearing heels, I would definitely recommend ordering the longer size. I'm 5'8" and wore 3" heels and the length was perfect. My only issue with the dress was the fit of the waist. I ordered my usual size 4L and ordered a size 6L as my backup (size 2L wasn't available). When I tried the dress on, the bust and hips fit perfectly but the waist was a little baggy. This caused the side zipper closure to bulge out, changing the silhouette slightly. This didn't end up being a huge problem, as my arm covered the zipper most of the time. If you have a slimmer hourglass figure, consider sizing down for your backup size. If this dress had fit my waist better it would have earned five stars for sure!

This was my first time renting a dress. I was a little worried because I am plus size. I normally wear a size 20 in formal wear. I am 5 feet tall and my measurements are 40-36-39. I ordered the 20R and it was a perfect fit. The color is popping and it's the most comfortable gown I have ever worn, and I have worn a lot, I am a pageant girl. Love this dress so much considering buying.
