I didn't end up wearing this because it was a bit too short for work.
I probably could have made it work with tights, but I wasn't feeling this blue with my normal black tights.

Great company party dress
I got tons of compliments for this dress, especially the back. Since I'm in the north, I knew it would also work with tights. The waist and bust were a little bit too large, but not distractingly so. Also, you'll for sure need someone to help you hook the top of the dress.
