Awesome dress, but super tight around bottom seam
I rented this dress for a NYE celebration and was super bummed it didn't fit. I normally wear a size 6 in Elizabeth and James dresses, but since this one had stitching at the bottom that didn't have any "give," I couldn't wear it. The open stitching at the bottom of the dress mayyyyybe allowed me two inches to move my legs around - I couldn't walk. Everything else about the dress is awesome; it hugged in the right places and was super slimming. Just wish the bottom had more room to move around.

Tight but Comfy!
This dress is beautiful and fun! Based on the other reviews, I was worried about it being super tight, so I got sizes 6 (my normal size) and 8. The size 8 was snug, but bunched up every where so I tried on the 6, fully expecting to call RTR about the dresses not fitting. The 6 was perfect; it was snug, but super smooth and it looked amazing. I wore spanx (a must), but you couldn't tell at all, even with how tight it was. The color of the dress is beautiful, it's more of a burgundy color than red and is perfect for a fall/winter event. The cut is awesome, I have broad(er) shoulders and the dress was very flattering around the upper body/neck. Bottom line, this dress hugs in all the right places. I got SO many compliments and felt amazing all night. I highly recommend this dress.

Gorgeous AND Comfortable!
This dress was absolutely gorgeous, in person and in pictures! It was very comfortable and didn't hold me back on the dance floor at all. I am 5'6 and the longer length (I wore a 4L) was perfect with my 3 inch, open toed, black heels. I usually wear a 6 in dresses so I was surprised when the 4 fit perfectly; I'd say it runs a bit big. FYI, the sleeves are sheer. I wasn't aware of this until I tried it on; no complaints here, I just didn't know. Also, there is a nude slip under the black material that matched my skin perfectly. You couldn't tell the slip from my chest/arms (where there is no slip). Needless to say, I highly recommend this dress!

Very comfortable!
I wore this dress to a black tie wedding; however, it was a little less formal than what other people wore. I would suggest wearing a nice necklace to spruce up the front a little bit. Other than that, this dress was awesome. Very comfortable with an awesome back (see picture). I didn't like the length of the dress, it seemed a little short to me when I put on my 3" heels. If that doesn't bother you, then you really can't go wrong with this dress.

Phenomenal Dress!
I highly recommend this dress for anyone who isn't a total toothpick; it hugged in all of the right places! I'm 5'7, about 140 pounds and normally a size 4 in jeans/dresses. I got both the size 4 and the size 6 just in case and boy, am I glad I did! The 4 wouldn't zip up in the back due to the built in bra so I had to go with the 6. The 6 was a bit longer and just an overall better fit for me. I wore about 3-4" heels which were perfect (I included a full length photo) so I would suggest having a good size heel. I liked this dress because I was able to move freely. It was just a little snug in the rib cage area but other than that, I danced the night away without any problems. I can't tell you the number of compliments I got from people that I know and didn't know. Fantastic experience overall!
