Pregnancy friendly
This was a fun, casual set for my 8th month of pregnancy. The mesh is stretchy so it works for the third trimester. The large wasn’t too large luckily! Would have been a perfect set for a luau.

Pregnancy friendly to a degree
I didn’t see anyone trying to wear this while pregnant so I figured I’d give it a spin and leave my feedback. I sized up to a 10. I was able to zip it closed, but because I sized up so much, the boob area was really big and gaping. This dress is a silky material that isn’t stretchy. The pattern is forgiving, but it looked like I was trying really hard to make something non-maternity work for me, esp. with the rippling zipper in the back. I didn’t wear, but for you inquisitive pregnant souls, do know you can make this work.

Plenty of stretch to this for your third trimester. I rented the size 8 only because the 6 wasn’t available. I think the 6 would have been a bit better, but I’m making it work! Wearing for a baby shower/gender reveal where you have to wear blue or pink.

Unlike other mesh brands, there is no stretch to this mesh fabric! Pregnant girls beware! Further, the medium fit more like a small making the problem 10x worse…unable to wear.

So pregnancy friendly! The elastic allows this to stretch over your bump. The open back makes it fun- I hate all the matronly / frumpy maternity clothes. This is far from that. Due to open back you can’t wear a bra.

I would have more so vibed with this look in my twenties. The metal hook. The material. The feel. It didn’t jive well as a mid-thirties mother lawyer lol. Fear not I still wore it to work but was so happy to come home and take off clothes that didn’t feel like “me” anymore. This ran on the bigger side btw, so if you’re in between sizes size down. Not only is material stretchy but there’s an elastic waistband too.

This was a decent jean skirt, but it’s a little snug. There’s no stretch. Since the hip area is a bit narrow, it kept riding up and causing the zipper area in the front to bunch. I loved the color of this denim and appreciate a rental that I can wear numerous times with different outfits. 6.5/10

Date Night in October
Wore this on our first date night in a long long time since having a baby. This runs much tighter than expected! I am normally a small in tops, but got the medium just to be safe. The medium fit like a small, arguably even smaller. The sleeves are a bit short and this doesn’t have much stretch at all, since the mesh is double layered. Due to double layer it’s not see through and you can wear a bra. NOTE: this has shoulder pads!!! A big surprise when my shipment arrived lol

Luxurious summer denim
I was nervous to rent this because denim can sometimes be unforgiving (no stretch, making the garment either fit you or not fit you…no in between). This denim is soft and has a little bit of give, so it’s a win. I have no place to where this but I will find somewhere to go simply so I can wear this out. Highly luxurious, beautiful details with the double-breasted buttons, and just looks REALLY expensive.
