This one is hard to send back! The length is perfect for a winter skirt and I love the pearl buttons. Sits a little high on the waist. 

I was worried a size 10 would be too long, but it hit right above my ankle boots. 

I got a ton of compliments on this, easy to dress up or down very comfortable classic look

Great fall/winter skirt. Thick material. Runs slightly big but I didn’t mind it sitting lower on my hips for a longer length. 

This skirt is nice quality and works for anything from a semi-nice party, a dinner out, or the office. I think it looks good with the Saunders x RTR sweater. However I did originally plan to wear it another way but they didn’t have my correct size. Sizing down makes it a little high riding and tight on me. My guess is the skirt is really true to size. It’s a bit difficult to walk in due to the pencil shape and I guess I do prefer a skirt that flares out a bit more than this style overall but it’s a nice skirt. 

Loved this skirt, fit great, the buttons are faux so no gapping.  Looked polished and feminine 

Great fit!! Lovely color, it does not move much so prepare for a penguin walk :). 

I didn’t end up wearing this because I couldn’t figure out the right top situation.  I wanted to pair with a suit coat but needed a cropped jacket.  I expected the material to be thicker than it was.  


The faux pockets and pearl buttons really elevate this skirt. I found it fit pretty true to size. The color is more of an aubergine in person but definitely looks burgundy in photos. I wore it for a nice dinner but would definitely wear for work too. 

It’s a great skirt- especially if you’re tall. The pearl buttons are a prominent feature, making it a little tricky to wear with any blazer etc that also has buttons. Definitely worth trying though.

I love, love, love this new high-waisted skirt from Adam Lippes. It is very well made and you can tell the material is high quality, too. The oversized buttons give a vertical element that makes you look taller. The high waist helps smooth all my curves, and I am a very curvy girl, hovering just under 210lbs now at 5’5’’. And best of all, when you sit down, the material is not going to gap because the sections are actually sewn closed. No worries of flashing anyone or buttons popping open! It’s perfect for Fall. I felt so chic wearing it at work! 

I’m curvy and pencil skirts make me nervous but this one fit perfectly and was giving Joan in Mad Men. Will rent again.

What a great surprise! I don’t usually do a lot of skirts, but this is the one to try! True to size, high rise, and makes you look so elegant (especially with the button detail). At first I thought the buttons would be too much, but in person, they look fantastic. BONUS- between the buttons the skirt is sewn closed, so no gapping when you sit down.  Try this skirt!! 

This is a high-quality piece — the skirt has a nice weight to it and feels really well made. The color is perfect for fall. It’s flattering, comfortable, and great for both work and evening events. Would definitely rent again!

Snug but comfortable. I suggest sizing up. I rented one size bigger than my usual size and it fit perfectly. Fabric is a nice weight for fall or winter wear.

Wanted to love this skirt, but it ran too large—I should’ve sized down. Still wore it, but would try again in a smaller size next time.

Great fall burgundy color. Comfortable and good length. Cat hair sticks to it though. 

Loved this skirt for work. Huge fan of the pencil skirt. Now that I’m in my 30s (I say now as if I’m newly 30 but I am very much mid 30s lol) I feel too juvenile in shorter skirts, esp. for work. No stretch to this. After a baby I’m a true 6 and the 6 fit perfectly. 

Beautiful rich color perfect for fall. Large pearl buttons with gold outline give a luxe look. Perfect fit in the waist with no stretch and relaxed in the hip. Long but still good for petite.
