Simple, elegant, and effortless! Like a Grecian Goddess.
This was a replacement dress sent and received last minute. It was not anywhere near what I originally wanted (which was undeliverable due to delays, and my backups were ridiculously tight). But had I known how perfect this dress would turn out, it would have been my A-1 choice! First, it's lighter than air and incredibly easy to wear. I danced ALL night without adjusting a thing. And you can go in a regular bra in this, no problem. Second, it's so elegant: the drapy design and surplice bodice looked so incredibly posh and effortless, and the slit in the skirt added a little sexiness. Very Grecian looking! Third, it's SO forgiving: it hides bumps and bulges easily. I dressed it up with super dangly, sparkly statement earrings and a bold bangle. As for sizing, I'd ordered up on my emergency replacement because I had a string of bad-luck ordering my true size (10), but you really don't need to with this. it runs a little large and is cut loose. I will absolutely order this again! Love!

Gorgeous but runs SMALL!
This dress is absolutely gorgeous... if you can get into it. Order up a size and get a size over that for a backup. Though there is some stretch and give, Nicole Miller notoriously runs very small. It hugs everything. I wish I'd seen that... I never got to wear it. Crushed.

Elegant, festive, and easy... Compliments all night!
This was one of my favorite RTR dresses I've ever rented because it fit perfectly, was light/easy to wear, and flowed beautifully. No special bra needed at all! The color was perfect for all the holiday party hopping we did that night. I accessorized with my own Bauble Bar "Starburst" gold and rhinestone earrings, bare neck, a gold/rhinestone bracelet set I also rented, and gold strappy heels. The top is very "flowy" and loose, so I used fashion tape liberally. It's meant to be, so don't size down for a better fit - just get more tape and attach to the bra cups and a pinch in the middle. ;) Loved this and desperately want to buy it!

As timeless, elegant, and romantic as it gets!
This dress is *gooooorgeous*. If you are going for something classically elegant, romantic, and a little sexy (think Princess Kate), this is your jam right here. It fit like it was made for me, flowed when I walked, and received tons of compliments all night. I ordered the 8 and the 10, and could have gone either way, but went with the 10 for a little more comfort in the chest area (I am large there). In a sea of sequins and dramatic cut-outs, this dress looked timeless and elegant. And that's how I felt all night, too. TOTALLY Princess Kate!

I rented this top to wear to a benefit event in which I was performing. It definitely fit the Rocker Glam look I was going for, and I love it for that! It's a loose-fitting "swing" top, and I knew that, but thought it would cut a little closer to me. The smaller size (Medium, which I usually wear) was too small in the chest, so I went with the Large.

Get ready for the gushing...
I didn't get a full-length picture! UGH! And I regret it deeply because this dress is DIVINE! I am not one to like to be the center of attention, but this dress is a head-turner. It garnered compliments all. night. long. It's easy to wear - no special bra required - and fun. The sequins did catch on my hair all night. After a few drinks, I didn't notice it much. So consider low updo - nothing too fussy though b/c the dress is enough. I wore vintage-looking chandelier earrings and nude D'Orday heels to round it out. No other jewelry b/c the dress is enough. Now about the sizing... it's supposed to be a little blousy, so when people say that it "runs large", it doesn't really. It's totally true to size. In fact, I wish I'd done a size up in my backup rather than down to see if it would have fit better. On me because I'm a busty girl, the 8 fit everywhere but my chest was a little snug. So I totally would have gone up for that and to make it look the way it should. Other than that, it was perfect!

He stood me up... on Valentine's Day. But I rocked the dress anyway.
He told me, "You're going to want to rent a sexy dress for this." So I chose this dress for a Valentine's Day evening dinner at a surprise location, followed by tickets to see Harry Connick, Jr. in our favorite new venue, all after a day of fun together playing golf and hitting a spa. Long story short, he stood me up, disappearing days before and not getting in touch with me for days after. Amazing friends and family swooped in, and by the end of the day, I'd been to a spa for a day, had my hair done, and had a dinner date set up by/with two of my best friends at a gorgeous hotel. So I got to wear this gorgeous dress after all. This extremely elegant and classy-with-bite dress is meant to be a sheath, so it's supposed to be roomy and "suggest" your shape, but not hold it. That said, if you want it more fitted, go a size down. Otherwise, the sizing was perfect. The length was mid-thigh, great for showing off sexy gams. Sitting at the bar was a bit of an adventure with the length, but at the table, I was comfortable. If you plan on dancing in this, don't to the YMCA (unless that's your thing). I paired the dress with warm-colored pearl earrings, a matching pearl bracelet, and no necklace - the dress is sexy enough, so you'll just go a little overboard with too much else. I borrowed a pair of Aldo nude wedge peep-toes to tie it up and make my legs look extra long, and carried a black clutch. I received TONS of compliments - as always with RTR dresses - and I absolutely plan on wearing this one again. This dress made me feel beautiful, sexy, and wanted on a day where I really needed it most. Thank you, RTR. You rocked my world again.

Absolutely Stunning!
This is the most gorgeous dress I've ever worn. I selected this and a more conservative black lace gown for our black-tie Christmas party, and then purchased this at the urging of my very fashionable sister who reminded me that black-tie Christmas affairs scream for holiday glamour - I'm so glad I listened to her for once. I was not alone in selecting a brighter color in a sea of black, but I felt this dress stood out for it's pure elegance. The material is soft and light; it moved and flowed beautifully, and the color is bright but not crazy red. Although I worried about the cut, it was ridiculously flattering and forgiving. The onlyy complaint is that it ran tight in that waist... the other reviewers echo that. So order a size up. Also, it does run long, so wedges or heels are a must if you're 5'4" or under. As this is a warmer, brighter shade of red, I accessorized with gold and sparkles. No necklace; instead I paired with a chunky bracelet and drop earrings. I've never received so many compliments, I really felt like a movie star!

"Hello. Gorgeous. goddess."
Those were the words of my date when I walked into the room, and it blew me away. I definitely felt the part! Details - I ordered the M and the S; I would have ordered the L with the M but it wasn't available. Other reviewers reported the dress being a little larger than typical, so I wasn't too worried but knew I could do an emergency swap if needed. The M was perfect and fit like it was cut for me. The dress is heavier in weight but felt great on. I loved the dramatic draping and way it moved when I walked and danced. The cut is short and shows a lot of leg, but not too much at all. The color was perfect for a late summer cocktail formal gala, and wow, did I get compliments all night. After some back and forth, I went with gold accessories to go with the "Greek goddess" feel and pulled my hair into a loosely curled side updo over the bare shoulder. This was my second RTR experience, and it was as excellent as the first!

I felt like the bell of the ball!
This was my first RTR experience, and it was an outstanding one. I picked this dress for a USMC ball because I wanted something elegant, classic, and not black or red. Also, having had a baby, I wanted something that flattered my "curviness" and something that hid/minimized my tummy. This was the PERFECT dress. I ordered an 8 and 10; the material is stretchy so 8 fit and was comfortable, but it seemed a little snug compared to the model in the picture. The gathers looked more stretched than draping. So I went with the 10 because it draped more like the picture that way and didn't cling to me so much. Also, it flowed and moved like water. I got a regular length and found that a 3 inch heel was just right lengthwise. The compliments I received made me feel like a goddess, and my man told me over and over how proud he was to have me by his side. What feels better than that? Nothing! My ONE REGRET: I didn't get a single full length shot of me in my dress! The ones I did have were so blurry; this one "table shot" is the only one I have. Anyway, this dress will be a redo!
