Lovely work dress
I got a size 8 as recommended but could have sized down to a 6. The slit in the leg made me slightly self conscious at first as I work in a conservative government environment but once I put on boots and a statement necklace with the dress it felt very work appropriate.

Recommend sizing up
This dress fits TIGHT. It looks amazing but I'm usually a size 4 and the M was skin tight on me. It also had shimmer in it which I didn't realize when I rented it. Thought it would be a work dress but it was definitely a going out (and don't eat too much) dress

Recommend sizing up
I'm a size 4 in most things and wish I had sized up from a small to a medium. This dress was too short waisted for me to wear.

Too short for work
I do rent the runway for work attire, so I always sort and search by items in the 'work edit' category. This is an attractive dress but it is WAY too short for work, almost any office where business attire is the standard, in my opinion. I am 5'6" with not particularly long legs and this dress was 5 -6 inches above my knee while fitting well (not too tight) everywhere else. Even with black tights and flats and a jacket I would not be comfortable in it at work. Cute for a date night though!

Wore this to work with a light grey blazer. The waist is a little loose, I added a wide black belt. Was a really nice change from knee length fitted skirts which is what I almost always wear.

Wore to work and after work event
Absolutely loved this dress - got so many compliments. It needs a camisole for work, otherwise its a little too low cut. I wore this with a navy blazer at work, then had an after work event and the dress transitioned very well. Length was good, fell to just above the knee on me. Skirt is structured and a different material than the top. So beautiful. Highly recommend!

I wore this for work. My office is business attire.
Really loved this dress. I usually wear a 4 or 6 in RTR, and I got a 6 but I could have easily gone up to an 8, so keep that in mind if you rent this dress. It was very snug but well made, so it still looked work appropriate. I wore it with a black blazer. I am 5'6" and the length of this was about 4 inches above my knee. Since its still cold here I wore black tights, if I had worn this with bare legs, I might have felt like it was less work appropriate.
