Backers but super cute
Loved this top, super flattering and awesome for work. Totally my fault but didn't realize it was backless, so I wore a tank top underneath to make it more work appropriate. Sleeves were a little tight on me and there wasn't a ton of movement in the arms. Length was perfect on me but might be a little short for someone taller. All in all, super cute and unique top for work. Got tons of compliments.

Perfect for work
Loved this dress. Wore with black tights and booties to work. Dress looks expensive and front of the skirt/ pockets are a cool detail. Fit is slightly small, especially in the arms but still fit fine and was cute enough to not bother me. I'm also short, so length was fine on me but might not be as work appropriate on someone much taller. All in all, I loved it! Would definitely rent again.
