I loved this dress for a work conference! It’s easy, but classic and has really cute details. I ordered a size 8 up from my usual 6 given the reviews and could have worn either depending on what kind of fit I wanted. Would recommend!
The reviews say you should size up. DON'T! RTR heard the feedback and the website is now much clearer about the fact that the sizing is British, not US, and that "10" means UK 10, not US 10. I am usually a US 0/UK 4, and I thought the reviews meant I should size up to a US 2/UK 6 or even US 4/UK 8. Don't do that!! The dress is true to size. All that aside, this dress is great! I wore it to a memorial service; it was modest but stylish, and super comfortable.
Snug and a little worried I can’t get it off-lol-but it fit and looked good. I liked it. If you have larger chest or arms tho, def size up. I was right on boarder of it being too small
Super cute. Lots of compliments
I thought it gave flight attendant vibes. Beyond that, it was comfortable but a little fussy for my larger chest. I had to safety pin it to keep the buttons from gapping. Zips on the side (so I’d I bought it I would see the front placket down to keep it from gapping).
It’s a little short but I got away with it wearing flats. I think I would have been more comfortable with a larger size; otherwise super chic!
I sized up on this number as Victoria Beckham can run small on me. Generally I wear a 6-8 and since I was traveling I needed the dress to fit so I chose a 12. It felt great, an easy dress- a belt helped pull it together. I might run it again and if so, I would go with a size 10.
I don’t always listen to reviews and sometimes I should - this was JUST too small, 1 more size up would of been perfect (I’m typically a 10). I made it work but the arms were tight, the length was just too short. Overall the dress and design is super cute tho!
I put on a belt but it had pockets so it was just awkward. Best for a very thin girl.
Super cute and function black dress that made me feel like a 'working girl'. Size up!! IDK why Victoria thinks I'm a 10, but whatever
While technically I could fit the dress the fit and proportions were horrible. I think you need to be super tall worth absolutely no hint of a curve for this to work.
Usually her dresses are for taller people. Things don't fall in the right place. In this case, it was perfect. I wore for a number of events and it was very flattering. A little sad to return it.

The front pleat is perfectly placed to make this seem like it could be a short jumpsuit and adds flare to a tailored LBD. Fit like a glove!
But if you have alot of boobs it wont fit.
This dress is perfect for work. I was worried about getting my usual size US4/UK8 based on some of the comments, but am glad I did. That said, it does not have any give and is a bit hard to pull on, so if you’re in between sizes probably do the larger of the two!
So perfect I had to buy it! Amazing material, flattering cut. Can be worn to work or dressed up.
Love this dress but size waaay up. Her clothes run very small.
Love this dress so much! It’s a little short on my tall frame but fine with flats or tights. It has no stretch so it pulled a little across my chest (32DD)
listen to the size reviews :-) I sized up significantly in this. It is a great structured dress with a sophisticated look, maybe a little short for the office but I still wore it. Very cute!!
I really liked this dress but it just didn't fit me right. Fit perfect in the chest and arms, but was too tight in the hips. I was so sorry about this because I loved the design and the fabric, but I just couldn't wear it.
Haeavy but luxurious material, looked better with a belt since the 14 was too baggy on me
The styling does read very Victoria Beckham. I loved how it fit on me but the little buttons would occasionally come undone. The fit would only work for small chests but I did find the style to be chic and work appropriate.
I rented an 8 (UK), but maybe should have sized down. The other reviews said this ran small, but I think it should be fine to go with your regular size.
Really small around my bust and hips, but was cute anyway.
It fits but I agree with other reviewers that the pockets don't add anything unless you're straight up and down skinny. On the shorter side too
Too long of a torso for me. Fabric was bunched up weird.
I went one size up since other members said it ran small. But still, the whole fit was off. I think it's for a very particular body shape and hard for most people to wear perfectly.
Not made for busty women. I wasn't able to wear it.
Not a good fit for me. Was much frumpier in person than in pictures. I am 5'7" and the waist sat way too high on me, which made it really wide around my actual waist. Not good. Material was very nice. On a shorter person, this would probably be cute.
Was so cute for work. But the arms were a little tight. I wore it once anyway, definitely wouldn't rent again
I sized way up - usually size 6 and wore size 14 in VB sizing. It fit well but overall was a black dress and didn't think it was anything special. Wore for brunch with friends and didn't feel the need to wear a second time
The sleeves are way too small (I have very muscular arms) and the chest was too tight as well. It looks ridiculously small so I couldn’t wear.
I think she makes clothes for Barbie dolls. I am usually a 0-2 and got this in an 8. Super tight in shoulders.
Didn’t get to wear since the arm was super tight could barely fit my arms and was tight around the chest. The silhouette of the dress is pretty and wish it fit me but this dress is not curvy friendly
Two sizes too small! Couldn’t even wear.
It is a little on the shorter side (I have long legs); however, I felt comfortable wearing it to work since I wore textured tights with it. The button at my desk didn't lay right and would pop open, but I wore it with a scarf around my neck to hide the "gap".
