I loved this dress! So flattering and comfortable! This dress runs small. I ordered a 4 and sized up to a 6 for my backup. I'm glad I did. I normally wear a 4, but there was NO WAY it would zip all the way up. The 6 fit perfectly. (Please, RTR ladies, if the dress you rent is a little small, don't force it. You stretch it out for everyone after you. No one can see the size label after you put it on, but they sure can tell if you're wearing something a size too small.) I wasn't sure about an off the shoulder dress, but the cut and inner grip strip kept the dress in place all night. I never felt the need to pull up the sleeves. I wore it with leopard print shoes and a simple pendant necklace. I would definitely rent this dress again.

I wanted to love this dress, but it just wasn't the right cut for me. While on the model it looks mid-thigh, on my 5'3" frame it hit just below my knees. The V-neck is very low and wide, which somehow made me look smaller than I am, not larger. If you are tall and curvy, this is your dress. Shorter ladies, keep looking.

I received this dress from RTR when the original dress I had ordered was returned damaged in my size. RTR was fantastic, e-mailing me to let me know of the problem and informing me they were sending a replacement dress. The dress was cute and fit very well, but the lace mock cutout on the sides just isn't me. I didn't feel it was age appropriate, either. This is would be a great dress for a twenty-something.

I rented this dress at the last minute when I received an invitation to a work related cocktail party for my husband. Thanks to RTR for having such a great selection of dresses. Even a few days before the event, I was able to choose from a variety of dresses. This dress was perfect for the evening. I needed something glamorous without being overtly sexy. This fit the bill perfectly! I received several complements on the dress with one person even remarking that he had seen a dress similar on one of the Real Housewives shows. There are a few small flaws, though, so I couldn't rate it five stars. First, the lining dress hangs down just a little below the lace shell. It was this way on both the 4 and my backup size 2. I wore the 4, which fit nicely. It is longer than it looks on the model. I am 5' 2 1/2", and it grazed the top of my knees. I wish it had been a little shorter. Other than those two problems, I was delighted. I wore it with black peep toe pumps and carried a black handbag. The blue under dress is so dark that it looks black with black accessories. I wore a silver bracelet and necklace which made the silver on the dress even more spectacular. I forgot to take pictures. Sorry. Great dress!

I wore this for one of the formal dinners on a recent cruise. It was perfect. While others were in black or red, I stood out in this jewel. I wore it with nude heels and it really popped. The fabric is a heavier weight, which might be too hot for outdoor events, but for indoors, it was fine. Great fit. It skims the body without looking or feeling clingy.

This is the perfect elegant dress. It's sexy without revealing too much anything. Unfortunately, it runs small and due to damage to the size medium (my back up size), I was forced to wear the small. The spandex is very forgiving and helped hold everything in place, despite feeling a bit like a sausage all evening. I wore it to a Captain's Table dinner on our cruise and felt elegant and beautiful. I will probably rent this again for the company Holiday party.

I wore this dress for my birthday and felt beautiful. I wore a stick on bra because the back is too low cut for a normal bra. I got several complements on it. The hanging loops are attached in such a way that they tend to show. I tucked them towards the front, but one kept trying to peek through the sleeve opening. Also, because of the way the back is cut, it tends to feel like it's slipping off your shoulders (it's not, though.) The hem on both the size 4 and size 6 don't lay flat on arrival, but with a little gentle tugging, I was able to get it to cooperate. I would definitely rent this dress again. It was perfect for a slightly dressed up occasion.

I received an invitation to upgrade with a stylist surprise and was very excited as I don't have a lot of blingy jewelry. This was a nice necklace, but I didn't end up wearing it. I got it to go with either theory's Mad Crushing On You or Lilly Pulitzer Beauty Within dress. I wore the Lilly Pulizer dress, but the necklace just wasn't quite right with it. Also, my skin reacts with some metals, and after just a few minutes of wearing it, I could smell the metal reacting with my skin.

This dress was my backup for my husband's company party. I wasn't happy with my original choice, so I tried this on and was sold the minute I zipped it up. It fit like a glove, but wasn't tight or binding. I have a bit larger chest than most size 2 ladies, but it fit well. I felt beautiful and sexy in this dress. My husband said it was the best looking black dress I've ever worn. I received many compliments at the party, too. I wish I had more formal events to attend to justify buying this dress. Loved every minute I was in it!
