Lovely and flattering dress
I rented this to take on my cruise for formal night. The fit was a bit tight in the rib cage (I'm a 34C) but it really needs to be so that the strapless side doesn't sag. There was some extra room in the bust, but plenty of coverage that it didn't gap awkwardly. I felt very comfortable and cute in this dress.

Very thin fabric--runs small.
This just overall didn't work for me. The fabric was very thin, and the cut was on the small side, so it ended up being pretty unflattering on my curves. I think it would work better on someone with a straighter body shape.

Beautiful (and comfortable) dress. Got many compliments.
This dress was sent by RTR as a replacement when one size of my selected dress was unavailable. When I tried it on, I ended up liking it more than the dress I originally selected! On the website, and in my house, the dress looked almost black, but in natural light it is a lovely navy color. The neckline is a nice feature on an otherwise basic dress--I loved that I could wear a regular bra and still have an interesting neckline. The best thing was that the fabric is stretchy, so I was much more comfortable than I would have been in a less forgiving dress. I wore this with a sparkly statement necklace that really dressed it up for the occasion.

Very pretty dress for a semi-formal occasion.
This dress was beautiful, and it did fit, but I opted to wear a different dress that was sent as a replacement when my alternate size was unavailable. If anything, it runs a bit small in the waist (as compared to the bust). The RTR recommendation is to size down for your alternate size, but I would say that sizing down to get a good bust fit might risk it being too small in the waist. The 8 fit me fairly well in the bust and was on the snug side in the waist (but would have been fine for a few hours of wear). As others have said, the color is much prettier in person.

Strange zipper and bust made this a no-go.
This dress was sent as a replacement when one of my ordered dresses was unavailable. I really wanted it to work out, because the color is great for fall and it looked really cute on the hanger. The zipper is a bit weird--it essentially zips all the way to the bottom of the skirt--and as far as I can tell that was completely unnecessary. I actually didn't even check to see how that full zipper looked from the back, because I could tell the dress wasn't right for me just from the front view. The bust/straps ended up gaping terribly, near the armpits. It wasn't that the overall bust was too big for me (I don't think it would have zipped up if I was larger-busted) so I'm not sure why I got gaping. Maybe a lady that has a bit more in the upper-bust region would be able to make it work.

I wore this dress to a friend's wedding where my husband was a groomsman, so I wanted something that would look good next to a tuxedo. This is probably the nicest dress I've ever worn other than my own wedding dress. The fabric is a beautiful, heavier fabric that lays nicely. As others have said, the dress runs small in the bust, and since there is absolutely no give to the fabric it's best to size up. I wear a 6 in most dresses of this type and am not especially big busted, but I just barely got the 8 zipped up and wished I had gone with a 10 as my larger size for a more comfortable fit. Overall, though, I was very pleased, and I especially loved having pockets to stow away my phone and some cash!
